About: If your dog is the center of your world, we're going to get along just fine. I've adored animals my entire life and have cared for everyone from 2-pound teacup Chihuahuas (I have a serious soft spot for the tiny ones 🥹) to 75-pound German Shepherds. I've also had cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, fish, and goats, and have even spent time with more exotic animals, including giant snakes, elephants, and monkeys. I have several years of firsthand experience caring for seniors, shy or anxious pets, and animals with special needs—all of whom hold a very special place in my heart. I'm also a longtime vegan and certified Animal Reiki Practitioner, and I've found that animals often trust me very quickly. 🤩 I work for myself from home with a flexible schedule, so I'm able to work around your pet's routine. Whether they need extra potty breaks, a slower pace, medications, or just someone to keep them company while you're away, I'm happy to meet them where they're at. 🫶🏻 I'm incredibly reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented, so if your pet has a very specific routine or a three-page list of instructions, I'm here for it. If you're traveling for an extended period, I'm glad to help with things like bringing in the mail, watering plants, taking out the trash, or other small household tasks so you can truly relax while you're away. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. My mom bred dogs while I was growing up, so I was involved in their daily care from a young age. I helped feed, groom, socialize, exercise, and care for puppies and adult dogs, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As an adult, I’ve continued to care for pets for family and friends and understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and reliable environment. I am a Registered Nurse and currently work only three days per week, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend plenty of quality time with the pets in my care. My husband works from home full-time, so there is typically someone available throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. Our home is located in a gated community, providing an added level of safety and security. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside for fresh air, potty breaks, and supervised playtime. Pets staying with us will spend most of their time indoors with the family, receiving plenty of attention, companionship, and exercise.
