I ended up needing to get a flight from Phoenix to NM while my husband continued the drive alone and we needed a sitter for Mel for a few hours on a Wednesday evening while my husband and I recharged, ate, and met with some family in Scottsdale. Bob immediately replied to my extremely last minute request and within 20 mins I had already received their address and Mel was dropped off. As if that wasn't spectacular enough on their end, Mel had a fantastic time, I received many pictures and we had Bob and his wife watch Mel again on our road trip back. Bob was so flexible with the drop off and pick up times, I was not feeling well the morning we were supposed to pick up Mel and needed to delay the pick up time from 9am-12pm and this was no problem whatsoever. Mel had an amazing time, we felt at ease knowing she was in good hands in a beautiful home with a great yard and the flexibility and quick responses made this the best experience we have ever had on Rover!”

About: In the past, I had a dog who lived until 17 years old because I took great care of her. I also help my friends with their dogs when they are out of town. I'm working from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, but I'm open to night shifts. I love to walk long distances; I find this benefits not only the dogs but also myself. my dog penny lane had the absolute best time, she didn’t want to come home. This place seems like a well oiled machine. They have a pool in the backyard. Perfect for hot Arizona days. They give great updates and are sooooo accommodating for last minute changes and even allowed penny to stay an extra night when my flight got delayed. They are truly the best !!
Zach & Maddie were amazing with my dog Tess while I was out of town for a week. Honestly, she was so happy with them that I think coming home was a bit of a letdown. Their affection for dogs is obvious, and they were easy to work with and had great communication starting from the initial contact all the way through pickup. I highly recommend them and I know Tess will look forward to seeing them again. Thank you both!
Chantell and Michael are THE BEST! I'm so sad that I'm moving across the country and our dog can no longer come here! Beyond the fact that they have awesome availability and have always been able to accommodate our requests, they also provide top notch care and I know my dog has a blast when he's there! It's tough to find a pet sitter that will love your pet just as much as you do, but I genuinely know that our dog is given equal love and affection when he is there as when he is home. Jackie is a terrific petsitter. She had my “princess” for about two weeks. I received photos everyday and could see how happy Amber looked. Amber has a serious health issue requiring medication several times daily and Jackie kept a chart to keep track of the meds during the day. Amber also has a couple idiosyncrasies about eating and Jackie handled those also. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Jackie for giving me peace of mind while I traveled.
Sarah was great with our Mazey. We did a meet and greet before which helped us get acquainted and feel comfortable before our vacation. She administered medicine, kept on top of our picky eater, and kept us updated on her when we were able to communicate. She was flexible, understanding, and we look forward to the next time we will book with Sarah again!
We left our Shih Tzu, "Biscuit", with Madonna for over a week. I was worried about how he would do, since he came back from a previous sitter depressed and frightened. When I reached out to Madonna, she got right back to me about a meet and greet. She has access to a large and beautiful (!) yard and truly understands dog behavior. Everything was clean and functional; Biscuit was immediately at ease, and so was I. When we picked him up after we returned from our trip, he was happy to see us, but not desperate, like he had been after the previous sitter experience. In fact, since he's been home, I think he's been a bit bored, and has missed playing with the doggie friends he made at Madonna's! We now consider Madonna our go to Rover sitter, and that brings me tremendous piece of mind :)
Mackenzie and Austin took really great care of my dog during her stay. She seemed happy and well cared for when I picked her up, which gave me peace of mind. They were responsive and easy to communicate with, and I appreciated receiving photos during her stay. I would definitely leave my dog with them again and would recommend them.
Highly recommend Tiffany to take care of your pup while you're away! She was a great communicator while setting up a meet and greet, understanding my and Maple's preferences before booking and provided a lot of updates while watching her. Tiffany was easy to work with when figuring out logistics and was thoughtful about accommodating her and my schedules for drop off and pick up. Maple was happy to see me when I came to pick her up, but after the initial excitement, she went right back to hanging out in her spot in the living room, which gives me great confidence that she was happy and well cared for the whole time.
