☀️Warm weather notice: as it heats up, if you are worried about your pup staying cool or having to be walked on hot surfaces- we are a good option for you. Our home has real grass and heat protected surfaces in our large backyard. We make sure they get plenty of exercise between the yard and pool (which is fenced), so we do not need to talk the pups on walks for exercise- they get plenty! We also have misters, a swamp cooler, two backup portable ACs, and a generator to ensure that dogs always stay cool in the summer heat. We will be here all summer, so extended stays are welcome. ---Returning Clients---- General reminder for everyone: We are never closed* (*unless posted above) or too full for past clients/dogs - If the Rover app says we are booked - it’s incorrect - please book anyway - we are always here from you and have no vacations planned anytime soon. ❤️- Chantell, Michael, Cookie, & Zeta

Information Chantell K. would like to know about your pet
Mostly all I need to know is if there are things that make your dog happy or unhappy so I can make sure that he/she has a wonderful time! It's also very helpful if there are any chewing/digging/medical issues/etc so I can just be aware in advance and not get surprised when I find a missing shoe :). We do not accept aggressive dogs or dogs that do not do well with tiny dogs- meaning hunting dogs with behavior towards small dogs/prey drive (as we have a small dog and we watch them as small as 3 lb). Of the hundreds of dogs we have watched - they have all been so different it really makes sitting dogs very enjoyable. The key to our success is we take a lot of time to introduce each dog one at a time, to ensure every dog feels safe and free to play. The older dogs/smaller dogs snuggle inside in the living room and we usually have a lap full of dogs. We love to spoil the dogs and make them feel loved. We are happy to accommodate requests and will always keep up any routine or training you are working on (if they don’t get on furniture in your house- they won’t in ours, etc). We want this to be just like your house but with a few more friends.
A typical day
We do not walk dogs, luckily we have a large yard that is big enough to safely get plenty of supervised exercise. We give one-on-one attention to all of the dogs and will play lots of games with them. Small dogs are never outside without me more than 5 ft from them, no dogs are allowed outside when we aren’t home or watching, and we have no carpet in the house so we let the dogs live in it just as we would.

***Make sure to click “Read All” button below*** -->2026 updates: we do not currently have any scheduled time away. Are we a good fit? Please read: We never cancel or no-show on people. I'm shocked at how common that is, and how often we are helping last minute... because of that, I have found it’s important for anyone who has not used us before to please make sure they read what I have written below to make sure we are a good fit for one another, as we want to help, BUT we do not want us helping in a pinch to turn into a mismatch of expectations... So here is how to tell if we are a good fit and what to expect: We let dogs free in our house with us all day while I work (or supervised in the yard by Michael). We usually have two sets of dogs: 1)calm/inside pups, or 2) playful pups. We let the playful dogs play and roughhouse here. 80% of our dogs are socialized happy dogs who have been coming to us for years - they make great playmates for the social butterfly, old pup, and even dogs that haven’t been socialzed yet/new puppies. One of the things that stands out the most about us, is our regular dog pack is awesome with new dogs being introduced to the group, which really helps make everything better for everyone involved. If your dog is aggressive at all, please pick a different sitter bc we want all of our dogs to have a wonderful experience here and we pride ourselves in this being a great place for dogs to really play and enjoy themselves without fear of being bit. What should you bring?: We do not need you to bring anything you don’t want to be peed or chewed on (dogs will be dogs). We have plenty of beds, but please bring a kennel if you are kennel training or your dog likes to have a space to him/herself. We have a couple so you may be able to use ours if it’s not already taken, just ask. Please bring your own food, we do not want GI problems any more than you do. We don’t need bowls, we have slow feeders for our gulpers and plenty of bowls for the other pups. Other than food, we only really need a collar, but if you forget, we have extras. Please, no physically injured dogs, but we are happy to give medications as long as the dog has no physical limitations. We are happy to answer any additional questions but we think this will help, especially if you are trying to find someone on short notice!

Chantell and Michael are THE BEST! I'm so sad that I'm moving across the country and our dog can no longer come here! Beyond the fact that they have awesome availability and have always been able to accommodate our requests, they also provide top notch care and I know my dog has a blast when he's there! It's tough to find a pet sitter that will love your pet just as much as you do, but I genuinely know that our dog is given equal love and affection when he is there as when he is home. Thank you so much 💕

Michael and Chantell took great care of our Moose (1 y/o chocolate lab). Highly recommend if you have a high energy pup who is social and loves to play. Especially cool that they have other dogs there for our dog to run around with. Great communication throughout and very easy pickup/drop off. Will definitely be using them in the future!!

Our dog Smurf always has a blast at Chantell’s and she takes such great care of him! We have taken him back multiple times! Thank you.

Our dog loves his stays, comes home happy and having had plenty of exercise socialization and fresh air. We appreciate you guys so much and you’ll always be our first call!
