About: Hi! I’m Maddy, and I’m excited to finally join Rover after years of being the gal who’s friends, neighbors, and people in my community have trusted to take care of their dogs. I’ve cared for dogs of all different sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities, and I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s individual routine and quirks. Whether your dog needs a good walk, a midday check-in, some company while you’re away, or just a little extra attention, I’m happy to help. I recently moved from California to the Scottsdale area and decided that this was the perfect time to officially join Rover. I have some extra flexibility during the week and would love to spend that time getting outside, meeting some new dogs, and helping local pet parents. I’m dependable, communicative, and very attentive to the little details that make your dog comfortable. I’m also happy to send photos and updates so you don’t have to wonder how your pup is doing while you’re away. I’m new to Rover, but definitely not new to dogs! I’m looking forward to building some new relationships with Scottsdale’s dogs and their humans. 🐾 I recently moved to the Scottsdale area and have a flexible schedule during the week, which gives me plenty of time for dog walks and drop-in visits. I’m available throughout the day and can work with different routines and schedules. I treat every pet as an individual and take time to learn their routine, personality, and needs. I’m attentive to safety, keep owners updated, and always make sure pets are comfortable and cared for.

About: I've loved and cared for all sorts of critters, from newborn kittens to senior dogs (plus tigers, bears, parakeets and rabbits in between). It's my goal to ensure your pets feel safe, go on some adventures, and have some time to play. I would love to be part of your weekly routine. I am a Ph D. Candidate working on completing my dissertation so my schedule is flexible and forgiving. I care for two dogs at home (a senior husky and a rottie mix puppy). I love taking them to the dog park or long boarding along the Green Belt. For home care- your pets will go on at least a 15 minute walk, followed by an essentials check (food, water, health check-in). I am happy to accommodate quirky pets who need a little extra attention. 🥰

About: Growing up in the outdoors with dogs all my life, I’ve taken a special liking to getting down and dirty with them. I have had dogs and cats growing up and am able to cater to any personality. I specialize in big dogs with lots of energy that need to get out and play! I also spent 2 years as a live in sitter for my aunts English bulldog, so I can adapt to smaller…sleepier friends. I am new to the Scottsdale area as I am from Santa Barbara, CA. I look forward to exploring new places with new furry friends! I am new to the area and currently have a wide open schedule! I can cater to anytime of day needed for drop ins, feedings, walks…etc. I have no pets of my own at my new place as of now, so yours gets 100% of my attention. I am in a beautiful apartment complex with potty areas all around. A safe and easy neighborhood walking route to a nearby park is ideal for any pet. Walking length can be adjusted to the individual pets needs.

About: As a current dog mom, I understand how tough it can be to leave your pup in someone else’s care. That’s why I hope to be your pet’s aunt- a trusted, loving and dependable person for your family. I’ve had my own dog for 6 years, and have taken her through training. I’d love to help work on cues with your dog you may be working on. Prior to my dog, I owned a cat for 13 years. He was diabetic and required extensive care. Due to his medical conditions, I am very comfortable administering medications to animals. I also understand the importance of routine and time for our sweet fur babies. I work from home. If boarding, you can expect your pet to be with me, fully cared for and attended to during the day. With my dog currently, I plan for 2 longer walks during the day- morning and evening. I live close to several beautiful parks and frequent that spot if your dog would enjoy that. If not, my neighborhood has safe sidewalks and quiet streets. It is a cul de sac neighborhood so vehicles are not cutting through the area. While I don’t have a yard, I walk my dog on longer walks 2x a day, and let her out several times as needed throughout the day. All times out are on leash through a quiet neighborhood. Pets are allowed on furniture and beds. I’m happy to accommodate your rules for your pet while here. Dogs should be good with other dogs. I have a small beagle mix Ruby (pictured above) who ADORES every dog and would love to interact with others.

About: I’m a huge animal lover. I have a 3 year old son. He’s a Shih Tzu. While working and attending school, I wouldn’t mind some added puppy therapy. It goes such a long way to relieve stress. I’m a helicopter dog mom myself so rest assured I’m very proficient at communication and care for the wellbeing of you and your fur baby. I’m looking more at dog walking opportunities or even checking in while parents are away! On weekends, I’m available all day if not scheduled to work. On weekdays, I’m available after school around 1pm MST also if not scheduled to work. Work is part-time. Just please message me ahead of time to coordinate that works best for the both of us. My work schedule goes a month out. If you’d like me to walk them during the daytime, please provide shoes for them. In the summertime, shoes are necessary but during the winter not as much. For those who may not know or who aren’t from AZ, the hot asphalt and cement can severely burn their little paws. They’re very important! After every walk and drop off, I will give an overview of our walk. I send picture updates if requested just so you can see how happy they are on their walk!

About: I’m a reliable, active, and loving dog caregiver. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. I also walk about 7 miles a day, so I’m very comfortable keeping up with active dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. Most importantly, I treat every dog like they’re my own! 🐾❤️ I currently work 9-5pm with 3 days in office and Tuesday and Thursday from home. I can do overnights, dog walking/feeding in the morning and evenings! I’m also open to boarding small dogs at my apartment. I have an apartment in a safe, dog-friendly community with a nice neighborhood nearby for walks, and my complex also has a dedicated dog park for exercise and play. If caring for a pet in my home, I would provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, fresh water, and a safe, comfortable environment while following their normal routine. If caring for a pet in the client’s home, I would make sure they feel comfortable and cared for in their own space, follow their feeding, walking, medication, and potty routines, and give them lots of attention and companionship while respecting their home.
