Bridget was fantastic with Puck over almost two weeks. He is not an easy cat — he actually got her badly enough that she had to go treat it — and she came right back the next day with a plan and kept going without ever making it my problem. She caught that his water fountain wasn't working, put out backup bowls, fixed the camera, and sent updates and videos the whole time. Genuinely above and beyond. Would book again without hesitating.

Teresa really took care of our kitty. He is a 13-year-old Mainecoon we needed extra care and attention. We took an extended trip and needed him to be taken care of and Teresa did a wonderful job!!
