Katie was great about accommodating my senior dog with Cushing’s disease and was able to administer medication multiple times per day with no issues. Katie updated me with frequent photos and she was always extremely quick to respond when I messaged her. Alan gave her medication in the morning, kept her away from other dogs in the complex, and helped her remain calm while we were away! She had none of her previous separation anxiety issues this trip. He also gave in depth updates and took many pictures, it helped us feel comfortable with leaving her behind!”
