Pet care experience
Walking Makes Us Happy
I took care of a Shitzu and Miniature Poodle full time for 8 years they were both puppies when I got them so I have experience with puppy training. I've also cared for my neighbor's pets, a Great Dane and Rhodesian Ridgeback, so I have experience with big and small dogs.
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I am very thorough when reading instructions and will ask any follow-up questions if needed. I am an animal lover and would never want to put their safety at risk.
Ratings and reviews
Taylor was very communicative and took great care of my puppy

Taylor was HEAVEN-SENT! She accepted a day of drop ins (3) with less than 24 hours notice, took care of our puppy and made her feel safe and comfortable despite our puppy’s fear around strangers (this was our first time using Rover), she made sure our baby was fed and watered and played, took her on a good walk, and even worked with us during a Rover service outage (expect a call, Rover customer service)! She was highly communicative and was overall the best we could’ve gotten for our puppy. Thank you, Taylor!!

I hired you to care for my cats and trusted you with access to my home and their wellbeing. What I came home to: mess throughout the bathroom, blood in the sink, bloody pellets, all of that was a medical EMERGENCY that you witnessed and chose not to clearly communicate to me in real time. When I asked you about it directly, your response was ‘I think I told you.’ You think. About blood. About a sick animal in your care. Because this wasn’t reported promptly and clearly, I missed the window to act quickly. I have since had to make two vet visits, pay for x-rays, two checkups, and medication. And my cat is now on daily medication indefinitely because her condition went unaddressed while in your care. This isn’t about a bad day. This is about a fundamental failure to do the one job you were hired to do: keep my animals safe and keep me informed. A cat sitter’s most basic responsibility is communication, especially when something is wrong. You FAILED that completely. I genuinely hope you reflect on this before taking on another client’s pet. Because you are literally the nightmare cat sitter I wish no one to have.

Hands down, very reliable, booked more than once & will continue doing so. Attentive to directions & as well details. If you need a trusting person she is your best bet!

Timely and good communication

Taylor always takes the best care when stopping in to check on our cat. It was our wedding weekend and we know we didn’t need to think twice about it!
