“Jessica was so amazing with our babies, she made them so comfortable and they did great with her! I appreciated her care so much and would definitely use her services again!”

“The moment we met Allison and Joseph for a meet & greet, we knew that our Nugget would be in great hands. They are absolutely animal lovers! Allison came everyday to our house for drop in visits for 2 weeks and she took such wonderful care of Nugget, treating him like her own fur babies. She even fed our pet fish for us as well. I loved all the picture updates and detailed messages. I felt so much trust that she truly cared about our Nugget. Thank you so much! I would absolutely love to hire her again for future drop in visits.”

“Madison is absolutely fantastic! I go on multiple trips a year and trying to figure out what to do with the cats is always a huge worry, but I decided to give rover a try and Madison was who I went with. Best decision I’ve ever made, 2 check ins a day, she fed them, made sure they had water, played with them, made sure their litter was clean, and even gave them some treats! After every visit she sends multiple pictures, and leaves a detailed note of what she did that day with them and anything to know. After the visit we got a hand written note thanking us for trusting her with the boys and how much she loved them! I will not even hesitate next time I go on a trip, that’s how professional and loving she was to our animals and communication.”

“Shea did a great job with my two boys while we were in Europe! She came at exactly the time she said she would every day and I loved getting a report every day-with photos-and a short note. This is the first time I’ve used Rover and she was so good about stopping by beforehand for instructions and meet and greet. My older dog needs 3 different meds and, although perhaps a challenge at first, she managed to get them down him just fine. Highly recommend!”

“Fiona is the absolute best pet sitter, my cats immediately loved her and were comfortable with her after meeting her once. I had her watch my cats I think three times, and I am so glad I did! My cats are like my kids and it was so great not having to be scared about their wellbeing while out of town. Fiona is professional and kind and provides wonderful care consistently. Best pet sitter ever!”

About: I’ve grown up with pets, so caring for animals has always been part of my life. I naturally connect with them and enjoy making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. For the past three years, my parents have cared for dogs, and I’ve been right there helping with feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Spending time with different dogs has helped me learn how to care for each one based on their personality and needs. I also have experience with house sitting and I understand how important it is to keep your home and your pets well cared for while you’re away. I truly love all animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. 🐾 I currently work part time and only have trade school in the mornings from 7am-11am on weekdays. This leaves me with a lot of free time to spend caring for your animals! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely to keep routines consistent and pets comfortable. I feed and give water on schedule, take dogs for walks when needed, and provide playtime, and companionship. For cats, I clean litter boxes, offer attention, and handle any medical needs as directed. I give updates to owners so they feel connected while away. My goal is to make pets feel happy, secure, and loved in their own home. 🐾
“Rochelle was kind enough to do a meet and greet with my Luna. Everything went smoothly and she even brought in some packages I forgot were coming in during my trip. 10/10 would book her again! Thank you Rochelle!”

About: I am currently owned by Lucy, 14-year old Shih Tzu. We live with my cousin, her 9 year old son, and Charlie, a 10 year old chiweenie. I grew up with a Shetland Sheepdog, Tiffany, and Mom made sure I learned basic dog training. Plenty of dog and baby-sitting in High School and college. I worked at a pet store for 3 years after college. I became the proud parent of rescue Border Collie Mix, Leeloo in 2016. She travelled and lived with me for nearly 8 years. In 2021, I adopted Lucy the Shih Tzu with severe separation anxiety for my Mom, who was always home. Sadly Mom passed a few months later. Lucy and I have been a team since, and she has taught me a lot. I believe in positive reinforcement and communication. I am sorry, but I am allergic to cats, and I’m unable to offer cat services. I am a morning person, as it's the coolest time of the day. I just started a full time job, However my cousin Rhonda works from home. I live with my cousin Rhonda and her 9 year old son Grayson. They have a 10 year old Chiweenie Charlie. I have a 14 year old Shih Tzu Lucy. We are in the first floor of apartments with lots of green space.
“Kaleigh was great! I requested time last minute and she was so nice and able to accommodate my last minute reservation. Very easy to communicate with and put up with my grumpy cat. Would definitely book with her again”

“Susan was fantastic! Her communication was great, and she was perfectly on time for every single visit. We absolutely loved the thorough reports she left after each visit. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing our cat was being so well taken care of while we were gone. We will definitely be booking Susan again!”
“This was our second time booking cat sitting w Kelsei. Kelsei is the best. Fantastic with communication, I really enjoy reading her thoughtfull visit notes and seeing the photos she shares. Thank you again Kelsei!”

“Professional and courteous. He cared for my cats that he got worried when one of my cats didn’t eat (he’s skittish)). Followed our instructions to the tee. I rebooked him for good care of my cats.”

About: I've been caring for animals my entire life, growing up with both cats and dogs and learning the importance of providing consistent, loving care. Throughout college, I pet sat for families while they were away on weekend trips, caring for pets in their own homes and maintaining their regular routines. I also worked as a nanny for families with multiple pets, where caring for dogs and cats was a natural part of my daily responsibilities. I'm comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy looking after a beloved family member. 🐾 I work a full-time job remotely from home, which gives me a flexible and structured schedule throughout the day. I’m an early riser by nature and like to stay active and on the move, so I’m usually up early and comfortable handling morning responsibilities like feeding, walks, litter care, or check-ins before starting my workday. Because I travel throughout the Phoenix Valley for work and errands, I’m already very familiar with driving routes and am able to reliably get to pet visits in the early mornings or evenings. Even though I work from home, I’m rarely sitting still—I prefer being active, getting outside, and staying busy. Pet care is a perfect fit for me because it gets me out of the house, lets me spend time with animals (which I genuinely miss having around), and fits naturally into my routine before 8 AM or after 6 PM. I’m very consistent, punctual, and used to managing responsibilities on a tight schedule, so I’m confident pets will get dependable, loving care every visit. My home environment is calm, clean, and organized, and I understand how important routine and stability are for animals. Whether it’s early morning walks or evening check-ins, I treat every visit like a priority and make sure pets feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while their owners are away.
“We decided to try Rover instead of using the doggie hotel we normally go with, because the hotel has gone somewhat down hill for sometime now. Also, because our newly adopted chihuahua is a very nervous baby with new surroundings and people. We went with Lorena because of her already great reviews, friendly face, and close distance to our house. She was great. She came to meet us in advance on a very short notice and was as friendly as we hoped. Our dog packer immediately loved her. She paid attention to our conversation and requests, she asked relevant questions, and tried to get a bit familiar with Romy, our chihuahuas well. During our trip, we received check in and check out notifications when she was at our home and photos during all her visits. Eventually Romy got a little more comfortable and was doing really good. We are very happy with her service and will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by cats, dog and a variety of small furry friends. I am comfortable around animals of all sizes and enjoy learning each animals personality. I have experience with senior pets as well, administering meds and caring for their senior needs. I love happy animals and will do whatever I can to keep their tails wagging. Ever since I was a kid, I always had animals in my life. As a student without animals of my own, I spend most of my time caring for the many animals in my life. Ive never viewed caretaking as a chore and have always enjoyed caring for animals no matter the size. Whether it be outside for a walk or rotting on the couch, being around animals has always brought so much joy into my life Planning is important, especially with high energy animals. Thinking a few steps ahead and understanding each animals unique needs has prepared me to ensure the pets safety as well as my own.

“Alison was a saving grace this Thanksgiving. My usual sitter had an unexpected emergency and I was considering canceling my trip home. However I reached out to Alison and she took the best care of my lil guys while I was gone and was fantastic at communicating the whole time. Highly recommend her for all of your pet needs!”

Gilbert pet parents share their Rover experiences
I really appreciate Shea taking care of my very spicy kitty! She was very respectful with his behavior issues and followed his queues when visiting with him. He also has medical issues and Shea was very communicative with me daily, which allowed me to enjoy my vacation with little worry.

Leslie took exceptional care of my cat, Sunny, while I was on vacation. From the beginning, she was reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. What I appreciated most were the regular updates and photos she sent, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see that Sunny was happy, comfortable, and well cared for every day. I highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Susan is amazing. My fur babies love her and they were all so happy - I’m not entirely sure they even missed us! She is kind, thoughtful and very trustworthy. I felt at complete peace that my babies would be exceptionally well cared for - and they were. Great communication. We would definitely request for Susan to come again!

Always 5 stars for Kristine and Michael! They go above and beyond, like coming to our house before we go on a trip to make sure they know how to feed our little ones. They’re also so communicative and send lots of photos. We are so grateful to have found them! ❤️

Having a family emergency and then you rearranging the schedule to take care of my beautiful pups, Remmy and Picasso. Means the absolute world to me! The beautiful stories you tell with each visit and the beautiful photos that you take of them each day. They are very happy to have you take care of them. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Reyna was absolutely wonderful. We needed a check-in for our dog and cat on short notice and she responded quickly. She was on time, sent us several cute pictures and updated us on how they were doing. Our dog loved her right away and our cat did too, which is unusual for him. We would have Reyna back anytime!
