“Alex was a great match for my dog, Stella! She is friendly, trustworthy and dependable. I very much appreciated the communication and pictures she’d send me while they were on walks. I knew Stella was in good hands with Alex!”

“I think Rovers dog walkers do alot more than walk my dog. They have to take pictures, send emails as to when your dog peed, took a sip of water and then they have to tell you how many times. This goes well above walking my Misty. Misty took to Joy and Matthew immediately. They are always on time and ready. Very personable and after only 2 visits I trust them and Rover. If I ever need more services for Misty I will find them on Rover. Linda Kawa and Misty”

“Christopher has been amazing, I could not be more grateful for him coming into Archie's world. I could not recommend anyone better, he goes above and beyond and treats Archie like his own. If you get the chance to work with him, jump at it!!!”

About: Hi, my name is Maya and I've been a dog sitter since early 2022. I have had dogs in my home ever since I can remember and have had cats at various times in my life. I have basic knowledge of dog training, and am comfortable bathing, feeding, walking, and playing with dogs and cats. Most of my family dogs have been rescue dogs and have come from difficult backgrounds so I understand that they may need some extra patience and support! I am also willing to care for other animals if given detailed instructions! I have a flexible schedule and can be available most days and times of the week and weekends. Please message me if you have a specific time/day question, as I am pretty flexible and could make another time work. Though I cannot currently care for pets in my own home, I will be very respectful of your home and care for your pets in their own environment.

“Sarah did an excellent job with Shellie and giving me updates. I was worried since this was my first time leaving her for more than a day, and Sarah did everything I asked of her and more!”

About: We have always been crazy animal lovers! When we met each other we each had four pets of our own. We love being surrounded by pups and fluffs! Throughout the years we have acquired a few more fur babies that have needed loving homes! Unfortunately we have reached our maximum fluff capacity but want to continue spreading our love and care for animals who need it. That is why we do Rover! So we can provide a safe, fun and loving environment for your pups while you are away! We have been loving all the wonderful pets we have met by doing Rover! We give each one the same love, affection and attention we give our own! Our dogs love meeting new ones and always make quick friends with them! Please let us make sure you have a worry free trip, you won't be disappointed! We now offer pick-up and drop-off of your little ones if our schedules allow for it, within a 10 mile radius from our house. Joey works full-time from home, so we are looking to help people out that want a fun environment for their dogs while they're away! We have 5 dogs already and they love meeting new friendly pups! We have a fenced in yard, with a doggy door. Our pool has an emergency ramp in the event of an accidental fall in. We also have several gates we can put up in the house to limit dogs to where we are at the time. We are committed to not only providing the most fun atmosphere for your furry one, but also the safest! Please be prepared to show up to date vaccination records prior to finalizing a booking with us. Simply ask your vet for a copy via e-mail then take a picture with your phone and send it over before finalizing your booking.

“Alexis is the best dog walker I've ever had. The love she shows towards my puppy, the training that she supports, and the commitment she has to her love of animals is unmatched.”

About: I am a stay at home mom with a love for dogs and all animals, in general. I have been around them since I was about a wee little kid, myself, as my mom would bring home every animal in need and nurture them as well as provide a loving home. I definitely took after her and continue to do the same in my adult life. My home and neighborhood is extremely pup friendly, my yard is enclosed and I even offer free dog washes if they get a little dirty during their stay! I have trained dogs of all sizes and breeds and provide true love and fun. I love to be outside so we will be walking often. I bring a portable water cup and only walk on grass on hot days and I have some booties in case it's too hot out! I am passionate about providing a positive and comfortable atmosphere as I know animals are all sentient beings and have emotions similar to our own. Separation anxiety and missing their families while they are away is very hard on them, and of course, you, so I give them all the love in the world to make them feel happy and taken care of during their time with us! My kids absolutely love pups as well and are super sweet around them. My son is 14 and helps out with our bookings as his first job. He is very responsible, loving and a true animal whisperer. They just flock to him! Like a Disney prince! He once had a family of squirrels surround him and climb up to sit in his hand/play. Idk what it is but they just adore that kid! They get so excited with each new adorable face and they spend a lot of time playing and cuddling with them! I truly look forward to watching your baby as if it were my own! I work from home so I’m able to spend lots of quality time with our furry friends as well as fully present. I believe animals need quality time just like we do. With understanding and patience. I feel animals respond best to calm and collected humans and are adapt to new environments easier when they feel safe and welcome. We do our best to provide just that and can’t wait to look after your furry one! I work from home so I have plenty of time to be with our pet friends. If the rare occasion ever calls me into the office, my son will be home. We don’t like leaving dogs alone to avoid separation anxiety and fear of being on a new place. If we ever do need to leave, our next door neighbors will chime in but in all my years of boarding, I don’t believe this has ever happened. In our home, pets are immediately welcomed as family. We make sure to introduce dogs to each other either through doors or by both parties being on a leash. We’ve never had an issue but always read body language just in case. My lab, Billy, tends to get overly excited when meeting a new person and their dog, so I avoid immediate introductions to allow him to calm down. He’s not aggressive, just barks very loud and is jumpy/playful. He gets along with literally everyone and everything so once they’re acquainted, they play the whole time! Our other dog D’Angelo is the complete opposite. He’s so calm and laid back. Gets along with everyone and just likes to lay around and hang out. We do lots of potty breaks and meals are given according to your provided schedules. We’re also happy to administer any needed medications. Animals have free range in my home and can lay on our sofas or beds. We keep things very tidy as well. Lots of playing and cuddling.

About: I have owned and loved a variety of pups through the last 40 years. I have cared for puppies, seniors, blind, deaf, medicated, big and little friends. My little spaniel passed in 2021 at 14, so I'd love to spend time with your dog to get my furry friend fix! I work downtown M-W so I am home Th/Fr and weekends. But, my husband and mother-in-law are available and at home most days, so your dog will always have a friend nearby. We live close to Freestone Park and are happy to take your dog for walks there or around our shady grassy neighborhood, weather and dog depending. My yard is fully fenced! We also have a pool, and it is fenced as well. I live next to a park, so in cooler months am happy to take your pup for longer walks.

About: I will go above and beyond for your furry best friend, no matter how hard the job is, I believe that their health and happiness comes first! I am available anytime of the week! Monday - Sunday Mornings/Afternoons/Nights and Overnights! Just let me know what works best for you and we'll be good to start! Safe environment is a MUST keeping pets inside the house and when going outside keeping them in sight where I can see them with fence or brick walls and secured gates. Keeping hazardous materials out of reach from pets and making sure that there are no possible ways from them getting hurt! That's why Safety, Trust & Safe Environment is very important.

“Renee has been amazing with Luxor! We have three dogs and although Luxor is older - she has so much energy and really enjoys these walks. Renee came through last minute and we are now becoming regulars for her. She is great with Luxor and gives her extra love and attention while focusing on her needs - such as walking vs off leash ball playing or taking a quick break in the shade. Super excited to continue having her be Luxor’s new walking buddy! Also super helpful since I work from home and can’t do this for her during the day. She’s pooped afterwards! Loving these walks! Thanks Renee!”

About: I've had much experience these past years caring for a nervous dog who needs medication several times a day, so I know how to keep to schedules and maneuver dogs away from stressful situations, and how to comfort them afterwards. Currently speaking, my schedule is pretty wide open! Every other Friday may have some conflicts, but I would be able and willing to smooth any conflicts out to care for your dog. As of now, I will be caring for your dogs where they are most comfortable, at their home! I will watch them near as I can and will play with them to ensure they don't get bored- I'd love to bring them toys and treats myself, but only ones by your approval.

“Melissa is great with our Newfie Dori and always gives updates on how the walk went. We appreciate her help and will continue to use her services often.”

Caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s part of who I am. I’ve been walking dogs since middle school and have experience with almost every breed, from Affenpinschers to Pit Bulls and Huskies.
