Very kind and professional, made my cat her priority the entire time. She sent tons of photos, did tasks that weren't even asked of her and checked in with me when she noticed anything remotely concerning. Not to mention she took my booking extremely last minute (im talking midnight) and was able to accommodate and modify as needed. Def would ask her to watch my boy again in the future.
