“Shelbie was great. We had to book a sitter last minute, on a holiday weekend at that! Thankfully we had just enough time to have Shelbie over for a meet and greet, our Ceazer took to her instantly which made me feel so at ease leaving him in her care while we were away. Also, we meal prep fresh food for our boy and Shelbie went above and beyond washing the containers they were in so we were able to come home to an empty sink. If we need a sitter in the future we will definitely be booking with Shelbie again!”

About: I’ve always been a pet owner. Currently have 2 cats , a dog, bunny, and backyard chickens. I love all animals and even have a daughter in vet school as a resource! I work evenings 4 days a week, usually from 4-9:00. I’m home mornings and afternoons and am available after work as well for later services I have a block wall backyard and large doggy door. My pool is fenced and my chickens stay in their coop. I have a large 2 story home and allow my pets full access to the home.

About: I have had pets since before I can remember, and have had experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, and all kinds of other animals! Apart from my own pets, for the past several years I have been trusted by family and friends to watch cats, puppies, and lizards. I know that each pet is unique and will require different care than others. Our family dog recently turned 16, so I know when to be playful and when the animals need their own time and space. Pets are a part of the family, so it’s important to me that people know their pets will receive as much love and care they deserve while their owners are out of town! My schedule is very flexible currently, as I just got out of school for the summer. I am available for visits anywhere from around 8am-10pm on weekends and weekdays. The most important thing to me is that the pets themselves feel comfortable. I will play with them if they’d like, but won’t force them to interact if they don’t want to. I will take care of any water or food needs, walk and clean up after them if necessary, and give lots of pets and cuddles! I am willing to adapt to any specific needs such as medications. I will be honest however that I am not very experienced with grooming, so if that is a service you need I may not be the best fit. However, anything can be learned and whatever you need from me I will do my best to accomplish!

I have spent the majority of my life surrounded by dogs and cats, growing up my family actively participated in animal rescue and fostering. For dog walks, I always use secure leashes and remain attentive to my surroundings to ensure pets stay safe.
