About: While I am new to Rover, I have been caring for my friends, family, and neighbors pets for the last 30 yrs. Just like humans, no two dogs are a like, so every job is catered specifically to your pets needs. I know how stressful travel can be on our animals so I always approach each assignment with extreme calm, patience, and positivity. I am a big believer in positive reinforcement. That way your dog/cat and I can build a strong and trusting relationship. I strive to treat everyone's pets as if they are my own fur babies. My full time job is caring for your fur baby and making sure they are healthy, happy, and comfortable, until you get home. Since this is AZ, our days are planned around the heat. In the winter we spend as much time outside as possible, walking, hiking, playing fetch. I like to teach new pups how to find treats in our designated dig spot in the backyard. In the warmer months I'll set an alarm early so we can still spend a few hrs outside before it gets too hot. I like to set up a kiddy pool so all of the pups can run around and cool off. I take AZ heat very seriously and am always on the look out for animals getting overheated. I will also always check the temperature of the sidewalk before heading out for a walk. If I'm caring for a pet in your home my in home visits include *Feeding and fresh water (I'll also keep the bowls clean) *Potty breaks *Playtime or cuddles *walks or enrichment time *medication management (if needed) *Mail collection *plant watering. If there is something you need done and it can be completed within the 30 min timeframe Id be happy to help. My goal is for your pup to feel happy, fed, and loved everyday before I leave. At my home I have a medium size fenced yard that is half grass half dirt. I also have a designated dig pit for the dogs who love to dig. I have a one yr old, male, 25lb mini Aussie/terrier mix, who is the welcome wagon and loves all dogs. He's available all day long to play or just cuddle in the sun. In the winter he gets walked 3 times a day and in the summer we go early in the am and late at night. We also enjoy going to the park when it is empty or hiking. I have a medium size crate in my bedroom but there is room for a larger one. If your pup prefers to sleep in his crate alone, I also have a guest bedroom they can go in. But I usually suggest letting your dog sleep in his crate or dog bed in my room since its a new environment.

About: Hi! I’m 24 years old and have been running my pet sitting business for the past 6 years full-time. I started pet sitting in Maricopa using word of mouth and advertising on Facebook to gain new clients and overall more knowledge about each clients needs and wants during my services. I am cautious, clean, professional, and respectful of each and every one of my clients homes and pets. I mostly care for dogs and cats but I do also have experience with farm animals. Starting January 1st, 2027, my rate for housesitting/overnight services will be going up to $65 per night, please note this change is for the starting base so additional fees may apply. I run my professional pet sitting business full-time so my schedule is usually pretty flexible! I offer very attentive care so your pets get the most time during my visit’s or overnight stays only leaving them home for about a 4 hour time period. About: While I have no pet of my own since leaving for college, I enjoy spending time with animals and seek to hang out with some furry friends. In college I have looked after my aunt and uncle's dog for 3 years, taking her out on potty breaks and walks between and after class every day. In a client’s home, I focus on creating a calm, predictable environment so pets feel safe and comfortable. About: My flexibility in experience. I have done volunteering in many pet organizations along with pet sitting and dog walking. I have also had animals too! I go on daily walks for over an hour. And like to prioritize time outside first thing in the morning to get sun light :) I make sure anything a dog could want to reach for is out of the way. About: Ever since I was young, I've had a strong love for all animals. Family and friends often called me "Annie Doolittle." My husband grew up in a family raising Boxer dogs, so it's no wonder we are a perfect fit and are now raising 3 animals loving little girls! We have recently relocated to AZ from WA and after 8 years of being a realtor in WA, I have decided to focus on my passion...animals! We have 2 wonderful Goldendoodles (one we will be breeding in the next year) and instead of adding more canines to the mix, (because honestly, I would have 10!)
