“Our pets loved Alanna! She's very attentive and made sure to complete the tasks our spoiled fur babies require. Pictures of them were taken everyday which we looked forward to. We are definitely going to book with her again!”

“It was my first experience using this app and my first time trusting a complete stranger to take care of my dog. I was very nervous at first. Since my dog is a senior, it’s important for me to know that she’s eating, drinking, and going potty normally, so I really appreciated that Jacqueline kept me updated throughout the stay. She sent me photos, gave my dog her vitamins, and even watered my plants as I had asked. She took wonderful care of everything, and my dog came home happy and relaxed. I truly can’t recommend Jacqueline enough. She made my very first experience with both this app and having someone stay in my apartment while caring for my dog completely stress-free. I’m so grateful for her kindness, communication, and professionalism. Thank you so much, Jacqueline—I would absolutely book with you again!”

“My fiancé and I just moved to Gilbert from Scottsdale and I was in search of a new, trustworthy sitter who would treat my dog with love and I am so glad we found Nicholas. He is a great communicator, was on time for Nash’s potty break, gave him lots of love and ear scratches and sent me super cute pictures which is always appreciated by this dog mom ☺️ Thank you Nicholas!”

“Katie is AMAZING! We were gone on vacation for 4 days had Katie come by to make sure our dogs had food and water twice a day. Not only did she do that but she cuddled with them, sent us pictures and just treated them as her own. She took such amazing care of them which made our vacation that much more enjoyable because we knew our babies were in the BEST hands. Thank you Katie for taking such good care of our kids. We couldn’t have chosen a better person to look after them❤️”

About: I have had dogs my whole 22 years of life and I have farm animals for the past 13 years consistent of cows and chickens. I’m currently working part time as a physical therapy technician mainly on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I work 8 hour shifts but have the other days and all nights off to care for your furry friends! I can do the basic care like feeding, walking, letting them outside, keeping them company as well as other specific request for your animals. I have always had dogs and farm animals that I’ve had to take care of in these ways so I have plenty of experience and confidence in caring for your fury friends.
“Super pleased with Karolina's services! I have two mastiffs and she was able to handle them with no issues. She kept me updated while I was away and sent photo updates, some not even related to my dogs! She is kind and reliable, always on time. Would definitely use her again!”

“Jenna was a great sitter for my cats. I was lucky to find a great caretaker for them as I headed out of town. I knew I did not have to worry about them with Jenna there. Thank you!!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Marianna provided for our cats, Charlie and Luna! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared for them as if they were her own. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands while we were away. She kept us updated with messages and photos, and when we came home, Charlie and Luna were happy, relaxed, and well cared for. It’s obvious Marianna goes above and beyond to make sure both pets and their owners feel comfortable. We would absolutely book with Marianna again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional pet sitter. Thank you for taking such great care of our furry family!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs by my side for as long as I can remember, so caring for animals has always felt like second nature to me. My childhood cat is now an impressive 20 years old, and if that doesn’t say “lifelong pet person,” I don’t know what does! I truly believe pets are family — mine are absolutely my babies — and I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for them when you can’t be there. Whether your pet is an energetic adventurer, a professional couch potato, a shy little soul, or somewhere in between, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and care, while treating them with the same patience and love I’d want someone to give my own. 🐾 I am currently not working, and looking for a way to fill my time. My dog is used to the routine of being kenneled while I am gone in the day and I would not like to change his routine too much by staying home all day. I would love to be active and help with animals more. I would be present with the animal either 24/7 or potty breaks every 1-2 hours. I am experienced in administering medication for senior cats, young cats, or puppies. I have administered fluid IVs, pills, and liquid medications. I love going outside, and I love camping and bringing my dog off leash camping.
“Traci did a great job watching my two 5 year old dogs and she is very communicative. She met with us a week prior which was great. My little dog was having a bad day from trauma at the groomer and she was so sweet with him, her and her little daughter tucked him in on our couch and gave him a lot of extra treats and love, will be rebooking with her for sure. She works from home so it was comforting to know if anything arose she could be at my house quickly. Thanks girl!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life, had a cat for 3 years, and grew up on ranches taking care of all kinds of animals! I currently do not work, but I do have classes in the mornings mom-thurs but the rest of my time is available to take care of your fur baby! incorporating their routine if they are at my home to ensure they are happy and not stressed. Also providing as little or as much exercise and potty breaks as needed :)
“I absolutely love Tanya and Olivia. Not only did they take care of Violet twice a day, but they gave me really nice updates along with pictures so that I could keep up-to-date on how she was doing while I was away. Truly reliable and thoughtful.”

About: I will abide by your preferences and always prioritize safety first. I have cared intensively for pets who have suffered both illness and injury. My corgirl Autumn developed sudden paralysis last year. She and I have since conquered her IVDD together through dedicated home therapy, prescriptions and an abundance of love, patience and a few wheels! I have administered medication via feed syringe and tablet to my childhood kitty who was born with FIV and dressed wounds for other pets. These experiences forever softened my heart and solidified a mutual respect. I will care for your pet by any means necessary, as I do my own. As a Flight Attendant, my schedule is posted one month in advance so I will diligently update my availability. Pet care fits my routine perfectly and I’m eager to walk your pup to keep us both active! I walk my dog three times a day, making sure to switch up the scenery when I can. Up early to beat the heat, midday refresh, and a late night outing makes sure there’s no overnight discomfort or accidents. With a flexible work schedule, I’m able to offer services weekdays and weekends! I am a lifelong lover of creatures of all kinds! I believe animals connect instantly with those who possess a kind heart and good intentions, so I’m honored when there’s a mutual trust right away, but I will work diligently to win over your shy guy! I’ve had consistent positive experience with pets throughout my life beginning the day I was born, arriving home to be greeted by a brand new puppy! We were inseparable for 16 years! I have been taught unwavering compassion and dedicated nurture from raising my courageous little corgi (4yo) and will not hesitate to treat your sweet like family!

“I recently had an unexpected family emergency that required me to travel to California at the last minute. In this stressful time, finding someone I could trust to care for my beloved pets was a major concern. This is where Mindy, an exceptional dog sitter, truly shone. Despite the extremely short notice, she didn't hesitate to step in and provide the care my pets needed. Her willingness to accommodate a last-minute check-in was a huge relief. As someone who is very particular about who looks after my pets, I found Mindy's professionalism and genuine love for animals immediately reassuring. She handled everything perfectly, allowing me to focus on my family, knowing my pets were in safe and loving hands. I am immensely grateful for her services and highly recommend Mindy to any pet owner who seeks peace of mind and the best care for their furry friends.”

About: I have professional experience working with dogs and cats at Camp Bow Wow and Petsmart's Petshotel. My responsibilities consisted of playing with, cleaning up after, and feeding cats and dogs of all sizes. I have grown up with Akitas my entire life. My parents, sisters, and cousins rely on me to watch their dogs while they are at work or traveling. I love all animals, I have two dogs, a bearded dragon, and a fish! I'm currently available for drop-in visits and dog walking during the day, any day of the week. I will consider house sitting for repeat clients. I will take care of your pets like they are my own. I will make sure they have lots of love while you are away and send pictures as requested!
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. My first pup was an Aire Dale Terrier named Molly. We met when I was 4 and she was 2 months old, so my parents did most of the work caring for her. Our second dog, a Lakeland Terrier named Leila, was trained, socialized and cared for by me! I have dog sat and walked for friends and roommates during my time living in San Carlos (I’m originally from Michigan), and I joined Rover to walk/petsit for other pups on a regular basis. My job is currently remote so I can give your dog attention and exercise throughout the day and they won’t be left alone if that’s your preference! I can't wait to meet your dog (or cat), I already love them! :) Currently working remote so I will be able to give your dog attention throughout the day, and can even accommodate frequent potty breaks/walks if desired. I don’t have any pets of my own currently so your pet will be getting my full attention when they are in my care. Dogs are creatures of routine - rather than board your dog in a stressful kennel environment where they are around other barking dogs and only getting limited attention and love, let your pup stay where they are happiest: your home! I’m super clean and respectful, I will always leave your place exactly as I found it and will respect all house rules while I’m watching your pet. Happy to look after plants and general house sitting tasks as well, just let me know.

Michaela was great!! She was super dependable and responsible, handling everything I asked for without missing a beat. When my cat got sick, she even went above and beyond by cleaning up. She sent me photos each day so I could see she was okay. I came home feeling totally at ease knowing my baby was in such great hands. Highly recommend Michaela to anyone—book her with confidence.

Cassie was excellent! She clearly loves the animals, and it was a huge relief to know they were in good hands. One of our cats needs and inhaler twice a day, and she was willing to learn how to administer it, and had no hesitations. Our dog was also a big fan of her. And even our more secretive cat came out for a peek! She was easy to communicate with, and I would deifnitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or other services.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
