“Audrey is a great pet sitter! Very reliable and responsive while we’re away from our cat. This is the second time we have hired Audrey and would recommend her to anyone.”

“Amber came out on very short notice, and even was flexible enough when we had to extend an extra day of travel. She’s the best and always treats our guys great. We’ll keep coming back to her!”

“Cindy lives in our neighborhood, has an elderly Jack Russell and a lot of experience, so she was an easy choice! Blitz (our 14 year old Jack Russell) does not usually take well to new people, but he absolutely adored Cindy! He looked forward to her visits and loved his walks! He is also mildly incontinent and she didn't mind cleaning up after him or taking care of his bedding. She is a gem! Thank you for taking care of our senior!”
“Therese is a rockstar. My senior dog immediately took to her and enjoys her company. She makes sure everything as it should be, and asks questions of anything seems out of place.”

About: I have had pets nearly my entire life, including multiple pets with special needs/ailments. I have experience in senior care, small dogs, large dogs, cats, reptiles, etc. and am comfortable with all! I currently work in Veterinary Medicine, which adds to my experience. I am comfortable with nervous furry friends as well as administering any medications. I currently work full-time, but am able to do drop ins before 9 AM and after 9 PM on days I work. On my days off, I can do as many drop ins as needed. I cannot board due to my own furry friends at home. I am more than happy to give plenty of love and attention to your furry babies, crate as needed, and if they have any special restrictions or medications, I am comfortable administering/working with your pets. I treat every animal as if it were my own! (AKA loads of cuddles, plenty of baby talk, and endless patience).
About: Animals have been part of my life for decades. I currently share my home with three small dogs, a senior rescue dog, and a backyard hen, and over the years I've cared for large breeds, rescue dogs, chickens, fish, birds, cats, and hamsters. Every animal has taught me that each one has a unique personality, preferences, and way of communicating. I'm especially comfortable caring for senior companions and understand that they often need extra patience, a slower pace, medications, and a consistent routine. I know how important it is to earn an animal's trust rather than expect it. When I'm caring for your companion, my goal is simple: to make them feel safe, respected, and loved while you're away. I'll pay attention to the little things that make them who they are, follow your instructions carefully, and keep you updated so you can travel with confidence, knowing they're in caring hands. I still have a couple years until retirement and work during the week, so I am currently only offering weekend house drop-ins, no overnights at this time. I understand that every companion has their own routine, personality, and comfort level. My first priority is to learn how you care for them at home so I can provide as much consistency as possible while you're away. In your home, I'll carefully follow your feeding schedule, exercise routine, medication instructions, and any special requests. I'll keep doors, gates, and leashes secure, pay close attention during walks and outdoor time, and always be mindful of your companion's safety and well-being. I'll also keep you informed with regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. My goal is for your companion to feel safe, cared for, and respected, and for you to return home knowing they received the same thoughtful care I would want for my own animals.

About: I've had pets all my life and have spent time patiently helping even the most difficult dogs adapt to being in a loving home! I've been the go-to for my family and friends' cat and dog sitting needs for years! They know I'm reliable and will treat their pets like my own. I have two big dogs of my own and have so much more love to give! I know how important it is to have peace of mind when you have to leave your babies at home! I work full time as a mental health counselor 4 days a week which leaves me with plenty of time Sat-Mon to give love to all the pets! Tues-Thurs I get off at 6pm to help with evening check ins! I have reliable transportation and know the East Valley like the back of my hand (: I know our home are our safe place- for us and our pets! So, it's very important to me to treat others' pets and homes as I would want mine to be treated. I know how refreshing it feels to come home to a clean home and happy pets!
“Second time using Chelsea & she’s wonderful! Extremely reliable & dependable, she arrived at the agreed upon times & spent quality time with our pets. She sent pics after each visit to let us know how they were doing. I highly recommend Chelsea to watch your pets.”

About: I have over 2 years of experience dog sitting and walking, and I genuinely love getting to know each pup’s personality.I’ve mostly worked with small to medium dogs, but I’ve also cared for big breeds like Great Danes—so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes! Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I always stick to your dog’s routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’m reliable, patient, and will treat your dog like my own 💛 You can also expect lots of updates and cute pictures while you’re away! Pet care fits easily into my routine as a Radiologic Tech student. I am available anytime Friday through Sundays for walks, check-ins, and housesitting. I keep pets safe and comfortable based on the client's home and backyard. I follow instructions closely and can crate dogs if that’s part of their normal routine.
“Zoe was great again to have booked. She communicated any needs the dogs had and was able to take them out as planned would continue to still use Zoe for my dogs. Thanks again Zoe!”
About: I had a dog since I was 13-28. The dog lived to be over 16. Recently, my ex took our dog because he has better availability to let her out and give her the best life. Anyways, I love pets. I feel like i’m supposed to hype myself up more, but I feel like your pet will tell you whether or not i’m worthy. I work 8-5 M-F. W-F I could probably let a dog out. I’ll mainly just be available weekends, though. Thank you so very, very much! In my home I have a small backyard they can potty in. I also have a dog park nearby. In your home I will do whatever walk or potty schedule you would like.
“Alynn(Amanda) was great with my kitties, did a great job keeping litter boxes and the fountain clean, and was a joy to work with! I definitely recommend her and will be calling on her again.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Western Acres Mobile Park
Morgan was a very punctual, communicative, and proactive pet sitter. She took great care of our two cats for a week while I was out of town over Christmas, and does a great job caring for and playing with our diabetic and senior kitties who have special health concerns. We’re always happy when Morgan is available- I know my pets are in good hands with her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Western Acres Mobile Park. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
