About: I have had pets nearly my entire life, including multiple pets with special needs/ailments. I have experience in senior care, small dogs, large dogs, cats, reptiles, etc. and am comfortable with all! I currently work in Veterinary Medicine, which adds to my experience. I am comfortable with nervous furry friends as well as administering any medications. I currently work full-time, but am able to do drop ins before 9 AM and after 9 PM on days I work. On my days off, I can do as many drop ins as needed. I cannot board due to my own furry friends at home. I am more than happy to give plenty of love and attention to your furry babies, crate as needed, and if they have any special restrictions or medications, I am comfortable administering/working with your pets. I treat every animal as if it were my own! (AKA loads of cuddles, plenty of baby talk, and endless patience).
About: Animals have been part of my life for decades. I currently share my home with three small dogs, a senior rescue dog, and a backyard hen, and over the years I've cared for large breeds, rescue dogs, chickens, fish, birds, cats, and hamsters. Every animal has taught me that each one has a unique personality, preferences, and way of communicating. I'm especially comfortable caring for senior companions and understand that they often need extra patience, a slower pace, medications, and a consistent routine. I know how important it is to earn an animal's trust rather than expect it. When I'm caring for your companion, my goal is simple: to make them feel safe, respected, and loved while you're away. I'll pay attention to the little things that make them who they are, follow your instructions carefully, and keep you updated so you can travel with confidence, knowing they're in caring hands. I still have a couple years until retirement and work during the week, so I am currently only offering weekend house drop-ins, no overnights at this time. I understand that every companion has their own routine, personality, and comfort level. My first priority is to learn how you care for them at home so I can provide as much consistency as possible while you're away. In your home, I'll carefully follow your feeding schedule, exercise routine, medication instructions, and any special requests. I'll keep doors, gates, and leashes secure, pay close attention during walks and outdoor time, and always be mindful of your companion's safety and well-being. I'll also keep you informed with regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. My goal is for your companion to feel safe, cared for, and respected, and for you to return home knowing they received the same thoughtful care I would want for my own animals.
“Mars our 6mo old lab puppy absolutely adores Samantha! And we do too! She is so reliable and amazing with the dogs. I know that my crazy pup is in good hands when I have Samantha come over to do a little playdate.”

About: I am a big dog lover, they are truly man's best friend. I have owned several dogs and taken care of family and friends dogs. I will do my best and more to make sure your fur babies are taken care of. I do enjoy spoiling so make sure to have treats on hand or I can definitely bring some to. 🤎 . . . If you feel like getting me a snack, I wont say no, but seriously no pressure I just get asked sometimes what snacks I like :) Redbull (Iced Vanilla Berry) Dr.Pepper Arizona Sweet Tea Made Good Granola Bites Lesser Evil Popcorn Fruit Chocolate Cookies Green yogurt Rice cakes TruFru Munchies Flamin Hot I work part-time, so my availability may vary on the days I’m scheduled to work. However, on my off days, I can stop by multiple times to check in, walk, play with, and care for your dog(s) as needed. If there’s ever a day I’m marked as unavailable, feel free to message me, I might be able to adjust my schedule! The first thing I do when I arrive is make sure your dog’s basic needs are met—food, water, and any medications if needed. After that, it’s time for fun! I love engaging with dogs through fetch, tug-of-war, belly scratches, or just some quality cuddle time.
About: I have over 2 years of experience dog sitting and walking, and I genuinely love getting to know each pup’s personality.I’ve mostly worked with small to medium dogs, but I’ve also cared for big breeds like Great Danes—so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes! Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I always stick to your dog’s routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’m reliable, patient, and will treat your dog like my own 💛 You can also expect lots of updates and cute pictures while you’re away! Pet care fits easily into my routine as a Radiologic Tech student. I am available anytime Friday through Sundays for walks, check-ins, and housesitting. I keep pets safe and comfortable based on the client's home and backyard. I follow instructions closely and can crate dogs if that’s part of their normal routine.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was 4 years old and I got my first puppy. I raised that puppy and another until they got to be 14 and 16 years old. I also had many pets in-between, from hamsters, bunnies, fish, tortoises, lizards, and more ! I have always been the person my family and friends go to to care for their pets. Not only do I watch and sit for them, I also do grooming and health care if needed. I care for my pets most of the day, playing, feeding, and spending time with them. I have a lot of time to care for pets. I make sure pets are happy and healthy. They have appropriate feedings, fun and safe playtime, and they are picked up after in case there are any messes.

I appreciate how well Melissa documents each visit to the house. She is a responsible and dedicated care giver. She goes above and beyond to interact with my animals and to provide them a clean environment while I am away from home. I couldn't be happier for trusting her with Ruger and Bruce and our home. Thank you, Melissa.

They where amazing, if your an anxious pet parent like me it can be hard to travel and to find the right sitter. They are really responsive and communicative with everything. I always got pictures and videos, and it made the trip way more relaxing. They followed the directions every-time and asked the best questions. As well as always being on time. Overall I felt good knowing they were taking care of my cat. This sitter is 100% anxiety/OCD approved🫡 I will be using them again in the future for sure.

Therese is awesome! Grateful to have found her! She managed my 3 cats including my newly insulin dependent cat with ease. My scardy cat even took to her! She’s caring, thorough, and manages to put up with my overly cautious nature as it pertains to my 3 furry children. Will definitely book again!

Morgan was a very punctual, communicative, and proactive pet sitter. She took great care of our two cats for a week while I was out of town over Christmas, and does a great job caring for and playing with our diabetic and senior kitties who have special health concerns. We’re always happy when Morgan is available- I know my pets are in good hands with her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
