Then we decided to attend several spring training baseball games and have utilized Tea's daycare services several times. Before becoming a stay at home mom, i received my bachelor’s degree in animal health from Kansas state university and spent most of my working career at veterinary clinics as an assistant/technician. This gave me experience working with and caring for almost every breed and also different medical conditions and medications prescribed by veterinarians. At this point in my life I enjoy taking a step back and raising my 3 kids. Rover has given me the opportunity to stay doing what I love in caring for animals and also provide for my family while being able to be there for my kids while they are young. About: We’re lifelong dog lovers and know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the people caring for your pup while you’re away. Our goal is to give dogs a true home-away-from-home experience, with plenty of attention, affection, playtime and time to relax. We both work from home, so dogs in our care are rarely left alone for long stretches and get plenty of attention throughout the day. We also have teenagers who absolutely love dogs, so there is no shortage of extra pets, cuddles and affection in our house. We have a friendly dog of our own who loves other dogs, making our home a great fit for pups who enjoy having a playmate. We encourage supervised playtime and love giving dogs the chance to socialize, burn off some energy and have fun together, while always paying attention to each dog’s individual comfort level and personality. We’ll also keep you updated with photos so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pup is happy, comfortable and well cared for. Because we both work from home, we’re home most of the day and able to give our guest pups lots of attention, playtime and potty breaks. Daily walks are already part of our routine, usually in the morning and/or evening depending on the weather. Our dog Freddie loves having another pup around to play with, and there’s also plenty of downtime and snuggling throughout the day. We’re happy to adjust our routine to match what your dog is used to at home. We’re very conscientious about safety and want every dog in our home to feel comfortable, secure and well cared for. We have a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and potty breaks, plus a pool for dogs who already enjoy swimming. Pool time is always supervised and completely optional. Our dog Freddie is a friendly, playful Pomsky who loves other dogs and is equally happy to play or snuggle up and relax. We supervise interactions, pay close attention to each dog’s personality and comfort level, and are happy to follow any routines, boundaries or crate preferences you use at home. Since we’re home most of the time, pups are rarely left unattended for long stretches.

They will have unlimited access to the yard and house when I am home with them and only be kenneled at feeding times (to avoid food stealing/food aggression), bedtime and when I have to do a quick errand/take kids to and from school. We live in a lovely neighborhood that is welcoming to all dog breeds! Our yard is fully fenced and our pool is fenced off separately. Meet and greets are mandatory before booking to ensure your pets are comfortable in my home with my dogs and children and go over any special care that they may need.
