When caring for pets in a client’s home, we prioritize maintaining the pet’s usual routine to ensure they feel comfortable and secure. We start by having a detailed discussion with the pet owner to understand the pet’s specific needs, preferences, and any special instructions. This includes feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any medications. We thoroughly check the home for any potential hazards and ensure all safety measures are in place. During our visits, we provide plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection to keep the pets happy and engaged. We also make sure to keep the environment clean and tidy, just as the owners left it. Additionally, we provide regular updates, including photos and messages, to keep the owners informed and reassured that their pets are in good hands. Our goal is to create a seamless experience for both the pets and their owners, ensuring trust and peace of mind.

Zoe and Kaleb are wonderful! From the moment we met them for the initial meet and greet, it was obvious how much they care about taking good care of other people's beloved pets. Animals also are good judges of character, and our pets very quickly were eager to know Zoe and Kaleb. Which is saying something, because we have a zoo! Their attention to detail and maintaining the routine in our home was also very apparent. We look forward to booking with Zoe and Kaleb again very soon!
Zoe and Kaleb are amazing!!!! We go on a trip every year for 10 days and we are always so nervous leaving our dog, but after they arrived at our house there was no stress about the trip. They sent many pictures and updates to keep us informed. When we got back the house was spotless and looked like they were never there! They were great at keeping up his normal routine and making sure he was well behaved. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help while they are gone! We will for sure be using them again!

Zoe & Kaleb were absolutely amazing they took care of my fur babies like there own and they did an amazing job, I was worried leaving them for a week but they had zero issues and both my dogs loved them, I will definitely be use this amazing team duo again for all future trips.

Kaleb and I coordinate our free time to ensure we can provide the best care for the pets we look after. We balance our responsibilities by sharing tasks like walks, playtime, feeding, and grooming, making sure every pet gets the attention they need. This teamwork allows us to maintain a consistent and reliable pet care service.
