I'm currently working remotely with flexible hours and have availability throughout the day all seven days. Since I take care of my own dog, I spend at least two hours outside a day and pet care is incorporated throughout my routine.

I hired Nettie to look after 4 of my cats over Christmas. She did show up everyday and feed the cats as expected. There were just a few things left to be desired. When we came back, we found that a lot of the water bowls/fountains were empty and some of the litter she just scooped into a bag and left out. We also found that one of the cats had torn into her dry food bag and eaten a lot of it, which was not communicated. There were a few days where she also didn’t show up until way later in the evening after being messaged. Thus why leaving a fairly unsatisfied review as communication was also fairly sparse. Altogether, the cats still were fed.
Nettie was great with our 2 rather excited dogs. She was on time and took them both on a nice long walk. I would highly recommend and rebook!
Nettie was very responsive throughout the booking process and routinely kept us updated on Toby. We loved the pictures that she'd send daily. Toby seemed to really enjoy having her come and visit. Toby has some past medical issues and this was our first time using Rover so we were worried but that quickly went away the first day that she visited him.
I signed up with Nettie recently to walk two dogs for two days. I was disappointed in Nettie’s services. She did not show up for our first scheduled meet and greet. I had to reschedule and she did show up this time. She did not walk my dogs at the arranged times and after discovering this I cancelled her services. She never walked my dogs though she indicated she did. I wound strongly discourage the use of her services.
