My dogs love, Therese!!

Therese took great care of my 2 medium sized dogs staying overnight & handling the challenges that came up. I felt comfortable & trusted her staying in my house. She also stepped in when my boyfriend & I had an emergency while away & had to stay away additional days & nights. She always communicated with me when needed or I had a question.

Therese is awesome! Grateful to have found her! She managed my 3 cats including my newly insulin dependent cat with ease. My scardy cat even took to her! She’s caring, thorough, and manages to put up with my overly cautious nature as it pertains to my 3 furry children. Will definitely book again!

I would highly recommend Therese as your sitter! She is super responsive and sends photos during her visits. She also went out of her way to come pick up a house key when I asked her to come before hand. It is such a relief to know our two cats are safe and in excellent care while we are out of town. We will forever be booking her as long as she is available.

Therese was awesome! My cat took to her from the initial meet and greet, and Therese followed instructions perfectly and kept me perfectly updated on Moose’s status. Thanks Therese!

I hate that I even have to write this but I had such a bad experience with Therese dog sitting for my dog. We did a meet and greet ahead of time and she seemed very nice and competent but our experience during the actual sit was the exact opposite. Our booking started at 1230pm and she didn't end up coming to our house until 330 saying she was stuck at work. There was no communication from her about this and I actually had to call and text her multiple times to get ahold of her because we landed from our flight and noticed she wasn't at our house. Then she got there and stayed with our dog for 90 minutes before leaving again for another 5 hours. The following day she overslept and never took our dog on her morning walk and fed her 4 hours late which she gets time sensitive medication with breakfast that was delayed. She then came back on her lunch break from work for 5 minutes to let our dog out. Later in the evening she was texting me as if she were at my house but when we checked our cameras she never actually came back to our house and didn't come home until 10pm that night leaving our dog alone for a total of 13 hours that day. When I called her out on not being there she sent me a Google timeline she created (because we checked the app and these can be created regardless of where you are) trying to say she was at our house when we have camera footage and door sensors that prove she wasn't. The following morning she fed our dog late again and took her on a 5 minute walk (verified with cameras) when it was already 85 degrees outside. The instructions we left specifically said she needed a 30 min walk before 7 am to keep her safe in the heat. We ended up reaching out to Rover trust and safety to get a new sitter placed for the remainder of the week because we were not comfortable with her being around our dog. I truly hope our experience is a one-off because I feel sick thinking of her doing this to other dogs and families.
