However, from our initial meeting with Tea, I could see her kindness in her stories and the way she interacted with our dogs. Our Schnauzer takes a bit to warm up to people, and I could see with Tea’s experience she knew exactly how to be patient and win her trust over time, which meant the world to me. We were away for 10 days, and Tea kept us connected with regular pictures and notes on how they were doing. The biggest compliment I can give is that while the girls were happy to see us, they were so content with Tea that it was by no means a 'prison break' when it was time to leave. They were relaxed, happy, and I know they would be thrilled to return. We’ve found our new sitter.”

Ashley was wonderful with our dog, Joy. Our pup is a recent rescue and still has some issues with behavior (very skittish for example). Ashley knew exactly what to do, bing familiar with the rescues. Joy had a wonderful visit, loved Ashley's dog Chewie and her girls. She came home very happy.
First time using Rover and I think we really got lucky with Laura! Eddie is a pretty easy going guy but this was his first sleepover away from his family. Laura set-up a meet and greet a few weeks ahead of our vacation. She's very organized and asks the right questions to make Eddie's stay safe and fun. We got a kick out of the pictures she sent us of Eddie in a number of costumes. Her drop-off and pick-up procedures worked perfectly. Great first experience for all. We hope to use her in the future.
Scott hosted our Bandit over the Fourth of July weekend and did a wonderful job. Bandit doesn't like fireworks very much, and Scott made him feel safe during his stay.
