“We’ve always had friends or family watch our girls, so I was naturally nervous to choose someone I didn’t know. However, from our initial meeting with Tea, I could see her kindness in her stories and the way she interacted with our dogs. Our Schnauzer takes a bit to warm up to people, and I could see with Tea’s experience she knew exactly how to be patient and win her trust over time, which meant the world to me. We were away for 10 days, and Tea kept us connected with regular pictures and notes on how they were doing. The biggest compliment I can give is that while the girls were happy to see us, they were so content with Tea that it was by no means a 'prison break' when it was time to leave. They were relaxed, happy, and I know they would be thrilled to return. We’ve found our new sitter.”

The only problem I had was when I contacted her I didn't realize her profile information hadn't been updated. I wanted someone to do overnight coverage which she wasn't available to do since the birth of her little boy. It all worked out as I had another gal covering the rest of the time. Unfortunately, I lost three of them in the past few years, which has only made me want to spend even more time with dogs. I’ll treat them as if they were my own! I’ll keep your dog on a schedule as close to what they’re used to as possible. We’ll play with their favorite toys. They can sleep with me and will get a lot of snuggles and pets from me. I don’t have any breed restrictions, but I always like to schedule a meet-and-greet for new clients. I always try to get to a dog’s level and make them feel as comfortable as possible with me by letting them smell my hand, finding their favorite scratch spot, using a soft, fun voice to talk to them, and letting them take their time to get used to me.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 9. My neighbors would always ask me to walk their dogs or watch them while they were out of town. I started rescuing dogs in my adult and currently I have two of my own. I just adore animals and the more the merrier! I work from home so I am here all day and night. I get up at 430 am to walk the dogs before it gets too hot outside. The only time I leave is to get groceries and to take my son to class. I can work my schedule around yours! About: Our family has 20+ years experience owning and watching dogs. Our family includes myself, my wife Amanda our 10 year old daughter and our 5 year old healer mix named Sky. We are new to Arizona and it was only our second time leaving them with non-family members and she made us feel so comfortable right away. She accommodated our girl dogs special feeding instructions, regularly updated us, and even went above and beyond. We didn’t know it at the time, but our girl dog was pregnant and had a (only one) puppy on the last night of Ryley’s stay with them. It was in the middle of the night and she stayed up making sure our girl was safe, passed the placenta, and was okay. It was the most insane weekend and Ryley did better than I probably would have done if I was in her shoes. I hope every pet-owner finds someone like her!”

And I’m a classically trained artist who offers a one time 15% off pet portrait prices for people who book house sitting with me for over 7 days. About: I have taken care of animals since I was 4 years old and I got my first puppy. I raised that puppy and another until they got to be 14 and 16 years old. I also had many pets in-between, from hamsters, bunnies, fish, tortoises, lizards, and more ! I have always been the person my family and friends go to to care for their pets. Not only do I watch and sit for them, I also do grooming and health care if needed. I care for my pets most of the day, playing, feeding, and spending time with them. About: I have always had a love for animals since a very young age. My best friends have always been dogs. I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, rabbits, cows, pigs… many I have had to nurture and bottle feed from a young age. I have studied animal science and veterinary assistance care. I was a certified breeder for 5 years and have raised three litters of healthy Boxer puppies. I currently only have a female Pug who is 3.5 years old and very friendly and energetic. We also have One inside cat who is also very friendly and sweet. I am a stay at home mom with kids who love all animals with one who desires to be a veterinarian and loves to spend time with dogs and cats. I have a huge fenced in back yard with a grass yard and trees for shade. My pug can be contained in a separate fenced area if needed. I also have a fenced in front court yard with shade if extra area is needed to keep dogs separated. If dogs are potty/house trained they can spend time inside the house if needed. The house is big enough for cats to be inside and can be separated from dogs and other cats if needed.
About: I recently lost my dog, but would like to continue having four footed friends in my life. I have fostered two puppies until they were ready to go to their forever homes. I am up early every day and can fit in a walk before it gets too hot. I would love to host your dog in my home. I have a small dog door, fenced in yard and a pool. I would love to take care of your doggo. I work full-time, but can flex my hours in the summer so that I am home more. I am able to be here throughout the day for pet care. I have a fenced yard and I supervise dogs when they are outside. I have toys to share too. I like to walk trails with dogs who are comfortable with that. About: Hello! I’ve been around animals my entire life and am currently a veterinary student. I’ve been dog-sitting for over 14 years and love all dog types. I have veterinary technician experience along with experience volunteering at animal shelters and have been around many different dogs - small to x-large, sweet or behaviorial and some special medical cases. With my experience, I have been trained to give medication (both injectable and oral), care for, play with, socialize and exercise animals. I know some first aid for pets with my veterinary background, I am not officially certified in pet CPR though. I’m also a retired collegiate athlete and love being active outdoors! I have a dog of my own - a young male flat coat retriever who LOVES other dogs and is always so happy to have visitors! I know how stressful it can be trying to find someone reliable and compassionate to care for my fur babies while I am away, so I’m here to assure you I will provide the best care to your animals while you’re away from home just like I would want for my pup! I am currently in school so morning and evening walks/check-ins/feedings are best but my schedule fluctuates. Weekends are great too! Boarding is also a great option and is the most preferred. I am willing to be flexible as my schedule allows, just message me and we will work something out! I have a very friendly retriever and a fenced yard for our fur babies to play in! If your dog doesn’t like to play, no problem either - Oaklee is good at reading when others aren’t interested in playing and will mind his own business. I am flexible to provide the care your pet needs depending on your animal (I.e. daily exercise, varying feeding schedules, medications, etc.). I do have to leave the house for classes/labs occasionally but I am available to come home during breaks.
