Jacquelyn made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. I had a last minute situation and needed someone quickly, and she was very responsive and easy to communicate with right away. She followed all of the instructions carefully, and I really appreciated the daily updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. When I got back home, everything was exactly as it should be. The litter box was clean, food and water were taken care of, and most importantly, my cat was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for (I think my cat actually prefers Jacquelyn to me now. 🤣😅). I understand the amount of time and attention it requires to take care of our babies which is why you can trust me with yours! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
