Ximena was amazing! We met up before the booking to make sure that both of us and the dog felt like it would be a good match and we felt great about her from the start! She is an excellent communicator, and she took really great care of our girl! She has a couple dogs of her own, and they made excellent companions for my senior baby. Our flight coming home was delayed by 3 hrs and she was super understanding and flexible. Then when I got home my car battery was dead. She offered to drop my dog off to reduce our stress. So nice!!! Stephanie took such great care of our 6yr old Goldendoodle this weekend! She sent multiple photos and videos every day so we knew she was doing well and even took her to the park to play. Lidia was absolutely wonderful to my Bruce, he was well taken care of I had videos and pictures sent to me about him while I was gone, she kept me updated, took him out and they seemed to have gotten along well!
