Marissa was wonderful! We were visiting Houston and staying at a hotel, and she was able to accommodate a last-minute request to care for our two pups right in our room. One senior and one sensitive, so they require extra attention and a gentle, patient touch; and Marissa handled it very well. It’s not easy to find someone willing to work around a traveler’s schedule on short notice while also tending to dogs with particular needs, but Marissa made the whole thing effortless. Our pups were calm and well cared for, and we came back to two happy dogs. Kalina was absolutely incredible. We truly could not have asked for a more caring and attentive dog sitter. This was our first time leaving Nala overnight without a close friend or family member watching her, and we were pretty nervous - especially since we were gone for over a week. But Kalina made us feel at ease the entire time we were gone! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
