Ellie is GREAT! She is super communicative, sent lots of pictures and videos, and was very patient with my two dogs for her weekend stay with them. One is a little nervous around people, and Ellie was very sweet with him and got him to open up and trust her. Would recommend to anyone and will def book again!
Lauren did a great job. She was super attentive to all of our animals and they loved her. Moving forward we can’t imagine using anyone else ever again. Usually when we come home our dogs are restless, this time around it was the exact opposite. She took them out on schedule and played with all of them regularly to keep them stimulated. Shirav took care of my cat for a week, and I really loved her help! She made an effort to find the right approach to my cat, and she absolutely succeeded. I’m sure my cat was happy while I was away. We had an amazing experience with Sarah. She took excellent care of our precious pets, making sure they had daily walks and hugs and special treats. In addition, Sarah helped us so much by watering our container plants daily to keep them alive in the Houston heat. On a special note, when I had to undergo an emergency appendectomy while on vacation, Sarah was wonderfully compassionate and reassuring. She provided daily updates with photos and constantly reassured us that there was nothing to worry about at home and to just focus on healing from my health Emergency. Kathleen is great. We had her watch Caesar for 3 weeks during an international trip; after doing a meet and greet with her, we were confident he would be in good hands. Jasmeen is amazing and I strongly recommend! Was able to help me out last minute which is alway nice. She still made time to meet up beforehand and was super communicative everyday of watching Cody. My dog is also pretty shy/anxious, but he warmed up very quickly to her and I don’t doubt that wasn’t partly due to the way she was able to meet him where he was at and not rush him during the initial meeting. Again, she was such a great sitter!
