Jennifer was so sweet and took really good care of my baby. She sent a ton of pictures of there walks and adventures while dog sitting. I absolutely recommend her. If/ when I'm in Houston again in the future, I will rebook with her.

Cats ran out of wet food because sitter was feeding them 2 times a day, not once as requested and gone over with. What sitter did not tell me was that she had busted the lid off of one of our girl cats feeders and was letting everyone eat out of hers. We have a very complicated situation with 4 cats. But she has watched them before, we face to face went over everything. And it was wrote down. As well as our 15 year chihuahua who’s recently gone deaf. He needs someone with him. He won’t eat alone. And his food bowl was on the floor. (He’s very spoiled) Last and final which just makes fire come out of my ears- So the boys ALWAYS eat their food. Always. When we got home we had been flying for 10 hours. I’m exhausted. I made sure everyone had food and my husband gave them fresh water. Next day…..food hasn’t been touched…I realllly look at it and it’s moving. I yell for my husband! And he sees it right away. So their entire feeder was invested with tiny bugs!! And that’s why they were not eating from their feeder and all have lost weight. I’m so disappointed since this is our second time using her. And I actually liked her.

Overall, I was happy to return home to a clean house, and everything was left organized and in its proper place. I appreciate the effort that went into maintaining my home during the stay. However, there were several issues that prevent me from recommending this Jennifer without reservation. During the booking, she asked if her boyfriend could stay at my home. I explained that I was comfortable with him visiting but was not comfortable with him staying overnight. Despite that conversation, he stayed overnight on multiple occasions. More concerning was the level of care provided to my dogs. On one day, Jennifer left the house shortly after 7:00 PM and did not return until nearly 11:00 AM the following morning. This left my dogs unattended and unfed for more than 12 hours. While she later explained that she had fallen asleep at a friend's house, I hired and paid for house sitting services specifically so someone would be present to care for my dogs while I was away. Additionally, I had pre-portioned all of my dogs meals into individual baggies before leaving. When I returned home, there were two extra meals remaining that should have been fed to my dogs during the booking. This raises concerns that they did not receive all of their scheduled feedings. While I appreciate coming home to a clean and orderly house, reliability and proper pet care are my top priorities. Unfortunately, the overnight absence, unauthorized overnight guest, and missed feedings were significant concerns that affected my overall experience.

Jennifer did a great job housesitting with my dogs. She walked them regularly, sent a lot of pictures, and the house was clean when I got home. This was her second time housesitting with my dogs, and I'd love to have her back again!

Can’t say enough good about Jennifer. Her communication was impeccable, she left the house as good as we left it, and our golden was in great care. Will certainly be reaching out to have her watch our home again soon.

Jennifer was great! She kept me updated with photos and messages the whole time I was away. She was very friendly and reliable. Seeing her interact with my dog at the meet and greet made it very clear that she enjoys what she does!
