“This was our first time using Rover and I was a little bit nervous about it. We've been very lucky to have close by friends available to check on our cat, Stewie, when we go on vacation, but our friend down the street recently moved and I was needing to find someone else for drop ins. Rochelle had great reviews and multiple repeat clients so I felt good about hiring her. She came by ahead of time for a quick meet and greet which was great. I was happy to meet her and felt good about it. Stewie hid during the meet and greet so she wasn't able to meet him then but he did come out and say hi to her both times she stopped in while we were away. We leave a camera up to keep an eye on him while were away, and I always feel weird about having it up when our house keeper comes and I felt equally weird about it while Rochelle stopped in. We try not to watch too much because it's just weird, but we did peek in a couple times just because it was our first time with Rover and with Rochelle but we were happy to see Stewie looking very at ease and happy for the love and attention Rochelle gave him during her drop ins. There was even a problem with our interior garage door sensor on our alarm system and she came back by to make sure the door was actually all the way closed and our house was secure which was very much appreciated and gave us peace of mind while we were away. Overall I am very happy with Rochelle's service. She is very responsive to communication and sent pictures of Stewie during her drop ins. I would highly recommend her and would absolutely book her again.”

“We were very anxious leaving Ty with Noel as this was our first time using Rover. Also, Noel does not allow you to see inside of home and he does watch more than one dog at a time. Our dog is very laid back and not well socialized with other dogs so we were concerned the other dogs might make him nervous. However, Ty seemed happy and well adjusted when he returned home. No issues. We would use Noel again. He seemed very caring and kind and communicated proactively sending pictures and reassuring us all was well.”

“My Nina requires patience, lots of it, and Casandra and her husband Donald had tons of it. They provided a very dedicated care to my dog, excellent, constant, often, extensive communication with many photos, took my dogs on walks and provided family companionship which is the best kind a dog can get.
