About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and spent 6 summers working as a competitive dog trainer, where I had the opportunity to work with dogs of all different personalities, breeds, and energy levels. That experience taught me how to read dogs, understand their individual needs, and build trust with them through patience, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement. I grew up with dogs in my family and have always loved how naturally friendly, loving, and fun they are to be around. Now that I live in Houston away from my friends, family, and the dogs I grew up with, Rover feels like the perfect way to bring dogs back into my life while giving owners peace of mind that their pets are in experienced, caring hands. Whether your dog wants a long walk, some playtime, lots of cuddles, or simply a comfortable companion while you’re away, I’d love to spend time with them! I work full-time in Houston, so I’m typically available for dog sitting, walks, and drop-ins during evenings and on weekends. My schedule can vary a bit depending on work, but I’m happy to plan ahead and coordinate around your dog’s routine. I’m especially interested in weekend stays and sitting opportunities, but I also have flexibility for evening walks and drop-ins when I’m in town. I travel occasionally, so I keep my availability calendar updated and will always communicate my schedule clearly in advance. I’m looking forward to filling my free time with some four-legged friends! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My years of competitive dog training taught me how to read body language, recognize when a dog is uncomfortable or overstimulated, and adjust my approach to each dog’s personality and needs. I’ll follow your instructions closely, from feeding and medication routines to walks, house rules, and anything else that helps your dog feel at home. I also understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home, so I’ll communicate consistently, provide updates while you’re away, and treat your space with the same care and respect I would my own. Most importantly, I want your dog to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away and for you to have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.

About: I have 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As a full-time veterinary technician, I work with pets every day and have experience recognizing signs of illness, administering medications, and helping animals feel safe and comfortable. I'm comfortable caring for: • Puppies and kittens • Senior pets • Large and small breeds • Anxious or shy pets • High-energy dogs • Pets with medical conditions • Pets recovering from hospitalization and surgery (following veterinarian instructions) Whether we're going for a walk, playing, sticking to a medication schedule, or simply spending time together, I make sure every pet receives individualized care and plenty of love. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. My ultimate goal is to attend veterinary school, so getting exposure to helping owners is one of my biggest passions. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I work as a veterinary technician and genuinely enjoy spending my free time with animals. I'm available after work on weekdays and have greater flexibility on my days off for walks and drop-in visits. I make it a priority to provide reliable, attentive care that keeps pets comfortable and maintains their usual routine. When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and any special care their pet may need. I'm comfortable recognizing changes in a pet's behavior or health and can provide medication administration if needed according to your veterinarian's instructions. I always prioritize your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being while respecting your home and keeping everything clean and tidy! During each visit, I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and enrichment based on their personality and energy level. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to build trust with both pets and their owners through reliable, compassionate care.

About: Pets are family. They give us their undivided attention, loyalty and love. So why shouldn’t we do the same to them? Being an avid animal lover myself, nothing would make me any happier than to give your pet a comfortable stay while you’re away. I am a dog-obsessed gal that will cross the road just to go pet a dog. Having grown up with a dog in my own household my entire life, I have grown to love and be able to care for animals. Currently I have one very energetic Maltipoo at home. Your pet will truly be taken care of as if it were my own. Your fur baby will be in safe hands! I am happy to work with you to make sure your pet has a happy and safe experience. I work Monday - Friday 8-5 but work from home on Thursday and Friday so I have flexibility to hang out/check in or walk with your fur baby during Thursday and Friday or weekends! I genuinely love animals so this is an enjoyable hobby for me :) I always take time to play with the animals outside of taking them on walks, feeding them, and letting them outside to run around. I want to make them feel as comfortable as they can!
