“Kaylalea was thorough in her communication, my cats seemed happy with her company, and my home was in the same condition as i left it. would definitely book again!”

“Jennifer took great care of our cat while we were out of town. She was great at communicating and sent adorable pictures from each check in. She also was super flexible and able to fit us in for the holidays when our other sitters had fallen through. She’s won our business and we’d be happy to have her watch our kitty again.”

“I wish there were more stars to select. Deanna does a great job caring for my cat and it has made such a difference in her demeanor and health not going to a pet kennel. Absolutely recommend!”

About: Howdy, I'm Tori! I'm a calm and patient sitter who specializes in earning the trust of shy or anxious pets. The dog, who is now a daily regular of mine, that started my interest in providing services for more pets, started out terrified of me; she was so unsure, she wouldn't even come back inside the house for me from the backyard. I learned quickly not to push or rush her, just give her space, consistency, and a calm presence. Now she runs to greet me, wiggling and whacking everything with that happy tail like we are the bestest of friends (Anxiety meds did help but now she doesnt even need em). Most of my personal pet experience comes from having kitties, so I'm very comfortable with sensitive, independent, or slow to warm up personalities. I live in an apartment, so I am only available for drop in visits. I like to focus on keeping routines steady, creating a quiet environment, and communicating clearly with owners so you always know how your pet is doing. I love all animals, even scalies, and work hard to ensure each one feels safe, respected, and cared for. I work in education, so I have school holidays off. I can house sit so long as it is understood I will need to commute to and from your home between the hours of 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM on weekdays. On weekends I am completely open. I like to meet with you if I can the first time to see exactly how you'd like things done. I enjoy sending status photos and am always near my phone if there are any last minute details you need to get to me.

“Ms. Heather was such a delight! She came through in a crunch time of mine. She’s super sweet and very responsive. She took GREAT care of my fur baby. My little Amirah loves her! She was so supportive and detail oriented when it came to my dog. I definitely recommend her and I will be using her in the future!”

“Chris did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my two cats. She made sure to give them all the attention and space they needed and ensured they were very well looked after. She did a great job of checking in with me daily and letting me know how they were doing, which I really did appreciate, especially leaving them home alone for the first time. I highly recommend her for taking care of your furry friends!”

“Working with Dawn was a wonderful experience. She was very communicative and did so great watching our cat. She even took in our trash can..extremely courteous. Will definitely be booking again with Dawn. Can’t recommend enough”

“Claire is great with my 3 Boston’s. In addition to this she's reliable, very responsive and sends photo updates. I definitely will ask Claire to drop in again and recommend her.”

“Courtney was absolutely a savor for me. She did the dropped in and checked on Mello for me while I was out of town. She loved him like he was hers, she treated him so kindly and did an amazing job. She was very respectful, not only to me, my wife and Mello but also to our home. We would love to book her again whenever the time comes.”

“This was my first time using Rover app and was very apprehensive using a pet sitter I didn’t know. Well, let me say that Cheyenne put me at ease right away. I felt my girl Sophie was in great hands. And she was. Cheyenne took excellent care of my kitty. Next time I’m planning a trip, Cheyenne is now our sitter.”
“Lisa was great with my kittens!! We had a crazy start as far as logistics go but Lisa was patient, flexible and kind. I greatly appreciated everything she did. Would definitely book with Lisa again. Thank you so much for looking after my little furry friends”
“Lorena was great! She was very responsive and immediately notified us when she saw some blood on his toys. Barley was so tired when we got home, so safe to say he had a great time!”

“Emily was perfect for our cat. She was proactive as well as responsive and our cat loved her. She sent photos that made us feel so much better about being away from home. Highly recommend her for your pet needs!! ♥️”

“Daniele was an awesome cat sitter!! Do not hesitate to use her services, she took care of all 5 of my cats while away for three weeks and even gave ear medication/lotion to Henry’s ear.”

“Melissa was fantastic and took great care of my cat, Anastasia, while I was away. One thing I really appreciated was how communicative she was throughout the entire process. She consistently sent updates and great photos during her visits, which gave me peace of mind and let me know Anastasia was doing well. She was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about making sure my pet was comfortable and well cared for. Before my trip, Melissa took the time to meet with me and Anastasia, which I really appreciated. It gave us a chance to go over everything in person, and I could tell right away that she was thoughtful and genuinely interested in getting to know my cat and her routine. During her visits, she not only handled the essentials but also spent time interacting and playing with Anastasia. It was obvious from the updates and photos that she was engaged and attentive rather than simply stopping by and leaving. Overall, I was extremely happy with Melissa's care, professionalism, communication, and reliability. I would absolutely book with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

It is so nice to have a reliable and trustworthy person like Deanna watching my cats. This is my third time using her and I am pleased with her work. She takes lovely photos with the cats, gives them attention and cuddles, and ensures that they are well fed with clean litters. I highly recommend Deanna if you are looking for a cat sitter.
Alejandra was very kind and accommodated my last minute request to take care of a community cat I took in a few days before my trip. She took very good care of all of my cats and sent me a lot of pictures of all of them every visit! I’m going to rebook her for my next trip as well! She is a very caring person for your pets!

Claire is absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of our dog and cat, paying close attention to their routines and needs. We especially appreciated her incredible communication, responsibility, and how safe she made our pets feel. We couldn't recommend her more!

Abigail is such a gift to us!! Mister our kitty absolutely loves her and she goes above and beyond on her visits to our home. We trust her and she always sends the cutest pictures of Mister giving us comfort while we’re gone! We would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Highly recommend! She took amazing care of our babies and went completely above and beyond. We had an unexpected issue with our AC during her visits, and she was incredibly helpful, flexible, and communicative throughout the whole process. She sent the sweetest updates and photos, and it’s clear our pets loved her. We would absolutely book her again! Thank you so much! ♥️

I highly recommend Lisa, she took exceptional care of my cat Poco while I was away and treated him like family, not just another pet sitting job. From the beginning, communication was excellent — I received regular updates, and photos that gave me tremendous peace of mind during my trip. My cat can be shy and particular about routines, and normally hides for about hour after I return home. this time he was calm and relaxed when I returned home. He was sitting waiting for me in the living room. The litter box, food area, and water bowls were spotless, and it was obvious he had received genuine attention and affection, not just quick drop-in visits. I am not sure if he came out during the visits but I can tell by his reaction when I got home he was comfortable. What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism. She noticed small details about his behavior, kept everything consistent, and clearly understand cats very well. It is rare to find someone who is both dependable and truly compassionate with animals. I would absolutely trust Lisa again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive cat sitter.
First time using Rover and Adriana was an amazing sitter to my cat, Nova! Adriana was very responsive and provided many updates and pictures. I was able to enjoy my trip without any stress as I knew my cat was in great hands. Nova, usually shy, even took to Adriana after the first day which was so great to see! Overall I recommend Adriana! 10/10 experience :)

5 stars are not enough to rate how well Abigail did . My two needy kitty cats were so well cared for while I was away . Abigail went above and beyond to make sure that all their needs were met. My house was tidy and she even washed rugs and chair covers that my cats had accidents on . It was exceptional service and worth every single penny. I will always see if she’s available next time I need a pet sitter . Thank you Abigail for all you did . You’re great !

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
