We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Dawn. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and needed care for our pet on very short notice, and she stepped in without hesitation. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help both us and our animal, making an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. What stood out most was how genuinely caring and compassionate she is. It was obvious that she doesn’t do this simply as a job—she truly loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. She went out of her way in so many ways to make sure our pet was comfortable, happy, and well cared for, and we always felt completely at ease knowing they were with her. One of the sweetest things she did was buy toys for our new kitten completely out of her own kindness. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and perfectly reflects the type of person she is. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would trust her with our pet again without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, communicative, and truly invested in the well-being of the animals she cares for, we wholeheartedly recommend her! Dawn is wonderful and took great care of my cat! She is friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to messages. She was patient with my cat during our meet and greet (as she was hiding under the bed) and adapted to my cat’s more social attention seeking side while I was gone. She also went above and beyond bringing in my trash can and helping to feed my feral TNR cat colony. I will definitely be using Dawn again in the future and would recommend her to other cat owners!
