“For starters, I loved meeting Ida prior to our sitter dates. We had so much fun talking about our pets and their histories. We live within walking distance from each other and also shared some stories about the neighborhood. Meeting her in person made me feel very good about leaving for three days while she came to feed our cats. And while we were gone, she sent a message every day when she arrived along with pictures and a report about what the kitties were up to. She even took photos and videos!
