“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Husband and I planned an 8-day trip to Canada and later learned our usual dogsitter (my sister) would also be out of town. We were really worried b/c our dogs have never stayed with anyone except family. For reference, both are black Labs. Little Girl is 5 yrs old and gets separation anxiety, Sig is 13, mostly blind and requires insulin shots 2x /day. We're so fortunate we connected with Trinityi on Rover! She is kind, considerate and thorough. She asked several questions about their daily habits prior to and during drop-off b/c she said she wanted their daily schedule to mirror their home-life as much as possible. She sent us daily pics during our trip (which always made us smile), asked questions & sent a pic when she saw a little redness in the elder dog's poop (totally normal for him), and graciously accommodated our late pickup due to a late flight. Sig and Little Girl were happy and healthy when we picked them up, and we are 100% satisfied w/the level of care and attention Trinityi provided to them while we were away. We highly recommend Trinityi and will not hesitate to rebook w/ her in the future. 5 Stars!”
