She is an excellent communicator, and she took really great care of our girl! She has a couple dogs of her own, and they made excellent companions for my senior baby. Our flight coming home was delayed by 3 hrs and she was super understanding and flexible. Then when I got home my car battery was dead. She offered to drop my dog off to reduce our stress. So nice!!!
