She kept me updated every day with pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Cappuccino was happy and being well taken care of. She also went above and beyond by helping me with an emergency drop-in visit for my cats while I was away. I really appreciated her being willing to help on short notice—it took a huge weight off my shoulders. Amy was reliable, attentive, caring, and great with all of my pets.
