“I am very happy to have had Kim's help. An issue came up during the stay and I had to extend the time, and Kim helped me out. Toby was well cared for and she took him for a walk to burn off some energy. If I need help again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to contact her.”

“Vicki is great!! My cat was spayed a couple weeks before she stayed with Vicki and was having some GI issues. I felt nervous about finding a someone that would be willing to take her with the vomiting and diarrhea but Vicki was more than happy to help. She was very watchful of Rosie’s progress and made appropriate suggestions about her medications. We needed to leave her with Vicki for an extra night and Vicki was accommodating about that as well. “My family and I are forever grateful for the boarding services provided by Rickie, while away on our trip. We encountered multiple delays, as well as two cancelled flights upon attempts to return home. During the hours and days of uncertainty, the only thing that gave us peace was knowing our two Fur Babies were with Rickie. Rickie was incredibly patient and accommodating, even as our plans kept changing. She kept us updated the entire time, which meant the world to us. TiTo, my little bossy, high anxiety Chihuahua, tends to struggle when I’m away. He was clearly cared for during my absence. Roman, my high-energy, playful Lab, came home happy, calm and full of love. It’s obvious that they both were treated like family. In the middle of a stressful traveling nightmare, we never once worried about our Big Babies. Rickie went above and beyond, and my family and I are truly grateful. We’ll absolutely be returning for future stays.”
