I was happy to have someone take my booking about a day and A half before I had to go out of town. However I’m a little disappointed in my pups stay. My main concern is with the communication. I didn’t get as many photos and vids as I like especially without having to ask. I also sent food and feeding instructions and my dogs didn’t seem to really eat. I sent food for 3 days, and my dogs eat twice a day and only one day of food was gone. All food was sent back with me. While I was gone I asked if they were eating and I was told that they were. I understand there is a new environment and my dogs are away from their home so they may be finicky but if I ask, I’d appreciate being told that they aren’t eating. I got back to pick my dogs up at 9 something, was never told they didn’t have dinner which they should have because it was late and once home my dogs were begging me to eat. I fed them around almost 11 pm. If my dogs have been fed they would not be hungry. That was concerning, but again I was not told that they didn’t have dinner, this would’ve been something I should’ve known, but also I’m not understanding why there hadn’t been fed already that late at night. I also sent my Doberman with a choke collar when I picked him up it wasn’t placed on his neck properly it was actually the opposite direction, I explicitly said to ask if there are any questions, I would’ve been happy to show them how to place the collar on his neck. Same thing with his feeding bowl. Upon drop off i instructed them to adjust the stand so that it can be the proper height as my Doberman has long legs. (The stand was broken down for transport purposes to the sitters house) The stands height was never adjusted and the bowls were on the floor and not adjusted for him To eat comfortably. Again, if you were unsure, why not ask so the dog can be setup properly, he has this stand for a reason. The listing also said dogs allowed on furniture and bed, every pic I got of my Doberman he was on the floor. I know he will not willingly lay on the floor if he has the option to lay on the bed or couch. If you know about Doberman they will Always choose to lay on material rather than the floor. I selected this booking for that reason, therefore I didn’t pack his bed, had I known that I wouldn’t have selected this sitter and also if need be would’ve packed his bed so he didn’t have to be on the cold floor as I know that is uncomfortable for him. I wouldn’t book this sitter again, I need a little more care and communication for my puppies to make sure they are happy and doing well while I am away as it is important to me that they are. As a pet parent that loves their dogs if makes you worry when you are not given enough or proper information while you are away from Home and it isn’t a good feeling.

Jasbleidy and her family took great care of our dogs, and were very flexible with drop off and pickup times.
