About: I’ve always been intrigued with working with animals. In 6th grade, I joined this club called S.O. S. (save our strays) since then, I was infatuated with helping animals around the community. For as long as I remember, we’ve always fostered pets growing up and as I get older I realize the importance of having time and attention for these furr babies. I have a 3 year old german shepherd mix and her name is paisley! she is the sweetest girl I can ask for 🫶🏻 I am always learning more about pets everyday! I am primarily available for the weekends. during the week, I am working at my full time job. I am available during the week after 6pm and open availability for the weekends. I am huge in making sure the pet feels comfortable. Everyone takes care of their pets differently so I would start off with whatever the pet parents ask to do. I will keep constant communication with pet parents if they like and assure that their pets are being taken care of.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs, so taking care of them has always felt really natural to me. At one point, we had around seven dogs at home, so I got used to being around all kinds of breeds, sizes, and personalities from a young age. About: I was born and raised in Houston and have been sitting for family, friends, and other clients since I was a teenager. I’m used to working with a broad spectrum of dog breeds + dogs of all ages (not a stranger to doggy diapers and suspenders). I grew up with a pug named Chestnut who passed last year and he had such a big personality and spirit, and was a big part of my childhood. He is always in my heart and when I sit for other dogs, I give them all my love and care for them to the best of my ability 🤍! I pay close attention to a dog’s behavior and their body language signaling. It is important for their health, comfort, and safety. I graduated from Texas A&M last year and I am working and saving for continuing my education. I work Monday-Thursday 9-5, but outside of that I have plenty of time for your dogs needs and play time :) My days usually begin at 7:00 am. In my free time I do yoga/meditate, play guitar, and make art! I need to be briefed on a dog’s routine and usual behaviors before pet sitting at a client’s house. I like to have initial meetings while the owner is present to establish a relationship with the dog in a comfortable environment for them. During drop-ins and house sitting days, I am only responsible for the dog and no other individuals in the house. I am not a babysitter for clients that have not explicitly reached out to me for that reason. I am also not responsible for 24-hour surveillance of your property during house-sitting as I would be living there as if it was my house. Once again, Olivia did a wonderful job taking care of our two kitties while we were out of town for a wedding! We are so thankful we found Olivia. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
