About: I’ve had pet care experience since I was 10! Since then, I have had numerous experiences with pet sitting for neighbors and family friends. I currently have my sweet calico, who is pictured first! I additionally had a dog and two cats in my apartment via one of my roommates for the past 2 years! I adore spending time with dogs & cats whether that’s sitting on the couch or exercising outdoors. About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover since I was very little, being around them brings me so much joy. I say hi to every dog and cat I come across, even lizards too. I have dog sat for a few friends and family. They say I’m their first choice in asking to dog sit because the animals love me and I’m fun! Dani is amazing! She was able to jump in at the last minute and walk our senior foster dog Ivy for ten days, twice a day, while my partner was out of town. She was super careful with our pup in the Houston daytime summer heat, and worked with Ivy on good leash manners — she was a different dog by the end of Dani’s time with her! Dani was punctual, communicative, knowledgeable and clearly cared SO much about her families and her wards. Patricia has been an incredible walker for my high-energy pup, Kobe. She communicates clearly and consistently, and she’s always willing to adjust to my schedule when things shift around. During this brutal heat, she makes a point of keeping Kobe hydrated and well cared for on every walk. I also love that she mixes up his routes instead of doing the same loop every day. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
