She is very responsive and sends us very detailed updates about how our pets are doing while we are out of town. Our pets also seem to love her as they don’t show any signs of distress when we get back home which used to be a problem when we would board them at pet care facilities. We have overall had a positive experience with her and will continue to use her services!”

At one point, our oldest dog wasn’t eating, and Noel made it a point to stop by and check in and spend time with her during the day to help with her anxiety. She kept me updated on their behaviors, specific information related to my younger one’s health, and sent pictures/videos of them every day. My younger one even warmed up to her towards the end - a feat done by few others! She answered all my questions promptly and really eased my anxiety. I also really appreciated her not wearing shoes in my home - something I feel strongly about but don’t ask of pet sitters so as to make things easier, but she noticed during the meet and greet and I could see in some pictures that she continued to respect that preference. She has strong attention to detail. Highly, highly recommend!! I will absolutely choose Yuriko again for all future needs.”
