We received regular updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Our cat, who can be a little shy with new people, warmed up to her quickly and was happy and relaxed when we returned. Bownita has anxiety issues and often doesn't eat or poop when her schedule was disrupted. However, Patricia had her eating and doing her "business" regularly. She even gave Bownita her eye medicine, cuddles, and playtime. I'm very impressed with Patricia's work and would have her visit Bownita anytime.”
