I had to book last minute, but she was accommodating and flexible. She checked on him at the house twice a day, loving on him and making sure he ate and got his time in the sun. She was always attentive and timely, updating me if she was delayed by even 5-10 minutes. She took multiple pictures during each visit, and Jupiter clearly loved every second of it, always excited to see her. Her personal and intentional care alleviated any separation anxiety he may have had, while also allowing me the ability to enjoy my trip without any worry regarding his situation, and upon returning home, my absence didn't seem to have any negative effect on him at all. It was as if I'd only been gone for the day. I truly cannot thank Katherine enough. She will now always be my first choice if ever I'm in need of someone to tend to my most precious companion. If I am house sitting or providing a drop in service to your home, I ensure that no interactions are made with other dogs or animals outside the home, as I want to ensure the safety of your pets first and foremost! I also make sure to read your dog’s body language, and remove them from any situations that may be causing them distress (neighborhood dogs they do not like, loud sounds that startle them, etc).
