Sometimes I work brief shifts on weekends, usually once per month. I have 7+ years of continuous experience in industries such as ER/ICU veterinary medicine, domestic & exotic animal care, daycare, and boarding. I am also a professional cat & dog groomer. My skills include creating personalized care plans for boarding & in-home pet sitting clients, administering medication, providing grooming options, and so much more than you will find in a traditional boarding setting. I own and exhibit cats in TICA & CFA conformation shows - I own breed, regional, and international winners. I previously exhibited dogs in AKC & UKC. I am an expert in feline husbandry. My personal cats are exceptionally well cared for and provided with the best nutrition, enrichment, and loving interaction that I can offer. You can relax knowing that when your cats are served by me, they will be treated as one of my own and offered all of the same luxuries that my fancy show cats receive. I only board one client/household at a time to ensure that your cats will feel comfortable in my home. My personal cats will never have contact with my boarding clients. I am currently working full-time in medical research. I work Monday through Friday from 7a-3p. Please feel free to contact me about your availability and the times/dates that you would like. I DO NOT OFFER full-time in-home sitting (where I am in the home with the pet(s) for the entirety of the stay, only leaving for short necessities) as I am working 40 hours per week. FOR IN-HOME SITTING: I will provide all of the care necessary for your pet, as dictated by your requirements (I prefer to have these on paper in writing). Dogs will receive frequent yard time and walks as requested. Cats will have their litter scooped twice per day or as requested by the client. All other species of pet - requirements for care in writing are required. Grooming services can be provided with a fee. I am also able to take care of chores around the home such as ensuring that hired workers have access to the property, taking out garbage/recycling on trash day, caring for plants, etc. Unless otherwise stated, I will be staying in your home overnight so that your pet has someone monitoring them. For my own privacy, I do not do in-home sitting in homes that have video recording devices in bed or bath rooms (unless removed prior to stay). Cameras are fine in common areas. FOR BOARDING: I offer safe, secure, and comfortable boarding options for felines. I only board one client/household at a time in order to ensure minimal stress and maximum comfort for your cat(s). Boarding services will be customized entirely to meet the needs of your cat(s). In my home, I have a large, secure three-tier cat cage that I keep away from my own personal cats. This cage is outfitted with a litter box, food & water, cat beds, and your choice of toy options - it is larger and far more customizable than any traditional boarding option. Boarding clients will be in the cage when I am gone during the day, and they have the option of free-roaming in my front room when I am at home. Your cat(s) will always be apart from and never have contact with my own personal cats.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine connection I build with animals. I’m not just there to watch your pet. I make sure they feel safe, loved, comfortable, and part of the family while you’re away. I volunteer at pet adoption events and have experience with dogs of different personalities, including shy, anxious, high energy, and senior dogs. Even timid pups usually warm up to me quickly. Pet care is my full-time job, so your pet will get plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout the day. Since I’m home full-time, I’m able to keep a consistent routine with walks, potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, cuddles, and check-ins. Pets are rarely left alone and always have someone attentive nearby to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed, whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in their own home. I know how to administer medication and what to look out for when your pet might not be feeling well. My weekday availability begins after 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday). On Saturdays, I am available for morning and early afternoon bookings, generally until 3:00 PM.
