Getting them outdoors seemed to have kept them happy, exercised, and well-cared for. About: have 5 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, along with professional experience working in veterinary care. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need a little extra patience and attention. I can provide walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, basic grooming, and medication administration when needed. My veterinary experience has also taught me how important it is to pay close attention to changes in a pet’s behavior or well-being. Most importantly, I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I am currently working part part time I say this because I only get scheduled 2 days out of the week. But I am going to school Monday-Friday but I have free time to either walk or dog sit after class, I have been a vet assistant for 5 years I went to school for it but now I am going back to school for human medicine. Although my love for pets will never change. I have dog sat for one of the doctor’s I had worked with at my veterinarian job, I have cat sat as well. Unfortunately since I do have pets of my own I would go to their house and wouldn’t pet sit at my place, but I make sure I take care of other chores such as watering any plants or taking out the trash in certain days.

“We have had 10+ sitters and a ton of visits through rover and Joe was hands down our favorite so far. We had two senior dogs who need a lot of assistance and have a lot of meds to take. Joe came over and met them before hand and was so patient gaining our dogs trust and getting to know them. He brought in our packages that came, took such good care of them and gave so many great updates. He made our long weekend away so good knowing they were in great hands. 10/10 recommend him for going above and beyond :)”

About: I have had dogs my whole life and have helped out friends & neighbors with their fur babies over the years. I am experienced with high-energy, as well as medium to large dogs- including my own 6 year old Labrador! I will walk, play with, and care for your dog as I do my own. I am currently in between nursing travel contracts, so I am widely available to care for your fur babies during the week and on the weekends. I can crate pups if needed, replace food and water, take them on walks, play in the yard and spend time with your fur baby however you prefer!

It was the first time leaving them with someone who was not family so my nerves were a bit shot but she communicated with me daily and sent photos as well as a video to let me know how they were doing. When I returned home, everything was back to normal. I now know that when I leave out of town I have a reliable dog sitter to look after my puppies.”
