“I need a place to care for my dog, Coco, in March for about 10 days and since the meet and greet went so well I decided to try the day care service to see how Coco did without me there. My home is their world! Belly-rubs, playtime, and walks by the lake are non-negotiable! LOL! I work from home 3 days a week. Water is made accessible in two areas (where there food is and in my bedroom where they will sleep). Meals are provided per the instructions of the owner. Dogs are walked around the property 3-4 times a day: morning upon waking, afternoon, evening, and right before bed if needed. I keep one dog at a time unless they are from the same home. Dogs are allowed on the couch and couch covers are washed between pets and often washed and replaced with new covers for dogs that shed heavily. Harnesses are preferred when taking dogs on walks. The property has birds, squirrels, and ducks and harnesses offer better stability and control and remove the risk of throat pressure or choking from the leash.

“We hadn’t left our 10-year-old silver Lab with anyone in a long time, and we really didn’t want to board her in a large facility. We were looking for something more personal and calm, and Roland ended up being a perfect fit. Communication was great from the start, which made leaving for an extended Europe trip much easier. Our dog got lots of individual attention and gentle socialization with Roland’s dog Coco, and she was clearly comfortable and happy while we were away. Roland even worked with her on a few behaviors and took the time to show us how to continue that at home, which we really appreciated. We came home to a relaxed, well-cared-for dog. He’ll definitely be our first call for future pet sitting and boarding, and we highly recommend him.”

“Jamie was great! She communicated amazingly and sent us plenty of pictures. It was such a relief knowing that Bella was happy and having fun while we were gone on vacation. She has some separation anxiety and normally comes home extra anxious, but this was the most relaxed she has ever come back home. It definitely showed how loved on she was! “Zariah really cared for my dog and sent me daily updates. He took a little while to get adjusted and she made him comfortable which was important to me. She also let me know when he messed up (bathroom on her floor) but she was really sweet about it and still took care of him. He was sad to go so that’s always a good sign!”
