About: I grew up on a farm in Indiana and we were known as a place folks could dump big dogs. At one point we had 5 adult St Bernards - so I do love big dogs. However, even though I’m on the first floor, there are stairs and elevators to get to the outside. If you big dog struggles with stairs this might not be the happiest place for them. Overall, I have been around dogs are all sizes all my life. My only request is that they like cats as I have 3 boys who are not brave. I’m a healthcare analyst who works 99% of the time remote. My complex as a lovely dog park and I live in a highly walkable part of Midtown/Montrose. I’m in a complex with a lovely dog park and will require the use of a leash when the dog isn’t in my home or in a fenced dog park.

I’m an active person who enjoys daily walks and runs, so dog walking naturally fits into my routine. I love spending time outdoors, and I’m committed to making sure every dog gets the exercise, attention, and care they deserve. I always follow your instructions and make your pet’s safety my top priority. I’ll make sure your dog gets the right amount of exercise based on their age, energy level, and needs while keeping them comfortable and happy throughout the walk. I pay close attention to leash safety, avoid situations that could be stressful or unsafe, and will always treat your pet as if they were my own. You can also expect regular updates and photos, so you’ll know your dog is having a great time while you’re away.

About: I have fostered dogs and cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, and I genuinely enjoy helping people who need support with their furry sidekick while they are away. I am a pet parent myself to an anxious rescue puppy, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your animal. I have experience with reactive dogs, anxious dogs, and all kinds of rescue backgrounds. I have also had cats, so I am familiar with every temperament and never take anything personally. I previously cared for a senior dog who needed daily medication, so I am comfortable and experienced giving medications to both cats and dogs. I have fostered puppies and adult dogs as well, so I can easily handle any medication or special requests. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I’m currently a doctoral student and do most work from home so my schedule is very open and flexible. I am available everyday of the week and open schedule for timing. I do not have a backyard, however I live next to Midtown park that has a dog park that very few dogs attend and so your furry friend will have many opportunities to run around! I do have one anxious dog that will be kept away from your pet if needed. However, your pet will have access to the 2 bedroom apartment and their own room to sleep in.
