“Darius was a god sent. I was visiting Houston from Dallas with my husband and puppy. I stayed at a dog friendly hotel but even going for breakfast made my puppy very anxious alone in the room we decided to use over for the first time and I urgently contacted Darius. He was very prompt to respond and accommodated everything. He was very vigilant for for example I feed my dog fresh food, which I forgot to tell him, but he had already put the food in the fridge. He has a very sweet and loving puppy, and I could visibly see mylo happy. If I ever returned to Houston, Darius is my guy. Milo has never been around strangers, but he was extremely comfortable with Darius. He also sent updates every so often and was prompted to answer anything I asked. I don’t think twice.”

About: Hi! I’m Leigh, and I grew up in a very pet oriented home, which helped nourish my affection for all different kinds of animals. I have a 4 year old miniature poodle who is just as excited to spend time with your pet! Please note minimum THREE days are required for booking services. Can accommodate special needs and other requests, just ask. Thanks! I work from home! So there’s always lots of attention and affection given to your pet throughout the day. When absent from home, I always want animals to feel comfortable so I don’t typically crate unless otherwise specified. Boarding pickup and drop off hours are designated between 7am -11pm weekdays and 7am-12am on Fri/Sat. If your hours are outside of this, it is considered a special accommodation and will require an additional fee. Please inquire, thanks! My home is warm and playful. I want all pets to have a safe and happy transition while their owner is away. Since I understand it can be tough to leave your loved one, I do provide daily updates upon request. It’s my goal to not only ensure your animal is well cared for, but also that you have security in choosing me as a provider. As some bookings may overlap, please be advised your pet may be boarded with other (small/medium sized) dogs, and all temperaments are evaluated for safety. Always let me know what I can do to make your experience better!

About: Having grown up in a household filled with various pets, thanks to my dad being a veterinarian, I’ve gained extensive experience caring for dogs through many stages of life, including adult and senior dogs. After caring for our beloved dog for 12 years, we’ve developed a deep understanding of senior dogs and are committed to providing the attention and comfort they deserve. We have two dogs at home, Penny (6 y/o) and Freddie (2 y/o). Our home environment is great for both energetic pups and more relaxed dogs, and we tailor our care to each dog’s individual needs. We maintain a structured routine that ensures all dogs are well cared for, comfortable, and safe. While we do step out during the day or on weekends for several hours at a time, we’re best suited for dogs who are comfortable being home alone for a few hours, are potty trained, and have an established routine. When we are home, your pet will receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. We focus on creating a calm, loving, and secure environment so every dog feels at ease during their stay. Your pet will receive not just care, but genuine affection and thoughtful attention, making their stay with us a positive and comfortable experience. I work from home full time and am available to pet sit on weekends as well. I can provide plenty of potty breaks and play time in the backyard as well as daily walks. I have a fully fenced yard and my 2 dogs are dog-friendly. My dogs and yours will always be supervised at all times while out in the backyard for safety.

About: I grew up on a farm in Indiana and we were known as a place folks could dump big dogs. At one point we had 5 adult St Bernards - so I do love big dogs. However, even though I’m on the first floor, there are stairs and elevators to get to the outside. If you big dog struggles with stairs this might not be the happiest place for them. Overall, I have been around dogs are all sizes all my life. My only request is that they like cats as I have 3 boys who are not brave. I’m a healthcare analyst who works 99% of the time remote. My complex as a lovely dog park and I live in a highly walkable part of Midtown/Montrose. I’m in a complex with a lovely dog park and will require the use of a leash when the dog isn’t in my home or in a fenced dog park.

About: I have a passion for animals! I've been taking care of dogs all my life and I used to work at a boarding facility on and off for 10 years. I was in the army for 4 years and now currently working on my degree to become a surgical technologist. I am very trustworthy and responsible and would do anything to provide near perfect care for your pet! I can give any type of medicine and will be willing to work with any breed of dog I will be passionate and loving no matter what! I can do daycare, drop in visits, long walks, and boarding! I also offer a service that most people don’t, if your pup loves car rides I provide the option of taking them to a local park for their walk/ visit. Please feel free to message with any questions. I am in college working on my surgical technologist degree, but most of my days are flexible for whatever care you need and willing to work with you to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of. I have two pups at home so a crate is a must in my home to keep everyone safe and happy! They will be walked every 4 hours with once a day a big extensive exercise which could include a long walk or the dog park in my complex!
