Pet care experience
An experienced animal caretaker!
I have worked in non-profit animal rescue for the last 11 years. I have a huge love and knowledge for dogs and cats! I have been a foster parent to upwards of 60-80 animals over the last decade. I am familiar and have worked with behavior animals as well as dogs and cats with medical issues so I am comfortable with animals from all walks of life. Since leaving rescue work I have missed my “extra” furbabies and would like to put my skills and love for animals to action in a different way!

Ratings and reviews
Sharon watched Maggie for the day while we were very busy. Maggie had a great time and came home very relaxed. Highly recommend!

Great at communicating! She lives in a great area and we appreciate her sending all the photos. Our dog came back very happy and were happy to have Sharon sit for us in the future.

Sharon took great care of our 1.5 yr old, energetic rescue staffy! She gave daily updates, including photos, and took special care of our girl when her stomach was upset, giving her pumpkin puree. Highly recommend Sharon for pup care in the loop!

Sharon was great! First time leaving my dog at someone’s house over night and my dog came back home super happy with no signs of stress! She sent me photos and updates throughout his stay with her. I was very pleased with everything.

Great rover! Had my merci for about a week. Great communication and merci was comfortable quick! Highly recommend

Sharon was a great dog sitter! We gave her 2 days notice that we would be dropping our pup off with her. She kept us updated on how our pup was doing during his stay and was flexible with the drop off and pick up times. Thank you so much, Sharon!

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
When it comes to dog walking I prefer to keep the dogs on leash at all times (ex no dog parks.) I want to make sure that I am in control at all times for the animals safety. In home check ins, I am happy to go for walks or play in a fenced in backyard. I am happy to of course feed, water, basic needs. If they take medication I am also comfortable. I always ask for details on the animals as well as the owners needs to make sure everything is attended to and goes smoothly!
A typical day
I am down for whatever interests the animal. I enjoy long walks or playtime. I love more mental stimulation so if your dog (or cat)is down for a game of “find the treat” so am I! I follow the preference of the animal and owner.
