About: Hello I’m Elise I have 20+ years of dealing with animals esp. dogs I have been around them my whole life. I like to constantly send pictures to keep the owner updated. Accommodations included but are not limited to air conditioning, heat, long walks, scratches behind the ears and snacks. I will do the best to keep you and you’re fur baby/babies happy. I know how important it is to find a trusted dog sitter because I’m dog owner myself I would only treat your dog with love and affection while they are in my care. With a lifelong love for animals, I bring a wealth of experience to my work, having grown up on a ranch surrounded by an array of animals, including horses, cows, dogs, cats, chickens, geese, ducks, goats and pigs. Also the scary ones snakes and coyotes. My childhood on the ranch instilled in me a deep connection to nature and animals, providing me with hands-on experience in animal care from a very young age (since 3rd grade). One of my most remembered experience was raising baby raccoons and a hummingbird while in elementary, (I took them to school so I could feed them on a schedule. I hid them from teachers so I could take care of them) family so I could help them) both of which had been abandoned by their mothers. Nursing these wild animals back to health demonstrated her remarkable patience and compassion, as well as her knowledge of animal behavior and care. Also raised a coy dog which is a dog mixed with coyote. Very brilliant dog but did not like to be locked in a kennel at all! lol This experience gave me a special understanding of the unique needs of different animals, especially those in vulnerable situations. Since beginning her pet-sitting journey in 2016, I have worked hard to build a reputation for being dependable, caring, and knowledgeable. Whether it’s a weekend stay, daily check-ins, or special care for elderly or anxious pets, I approach every job with the same level of commitment and love. My ranch upbringing gave me hands-on skills, while my experiences as a veteran and mother honed my ability to adapt, problem-solve, and provide nurturing care in every situation. With all my animals is not just a pet sitting job. I’m a lifelong animal lover who treats every pet as part of the family sometimes better! lol Whether your pet needs companionship, special care, or just someone to keep them happy and safe while you are on vacation or have to handle business out of town, you can rest assured I will provide a kind, warm, and secure environment for all fur babies that come to stay with me! I work remotely. I have nothing but time and I love animals so it’s a win win for me. There is a huge park 2 miles away from house that the puppies will love!! If you book with me and look up my address on google it may not show a house as it’s a new construction or sometimes it pulls the house up next door. My house is the blue and white newly constructed with a golf cart in front. I care for my animals like I care for my child. I show them love and affection. Feed them take them to park. I will make sure they are safe and happy and tuck them into bed at bed time.

About: I have owed cats and dogs my entire life and see them as family. They add such joy to my life and I make sure that all animals are happy, well-attended to and comfortable. I currently have 4 cats and an Irish Wolfhound and they all get along surprisingly well. We typically watch our friends dogs when they are out of town, so my cats acclimate well to other animals in the house. They typically keep to themselves and stay in their cat room most of the day. My Irish Wolfhound, Pepperanne, is the sweetest, most gentle giant. Although she's no spring chicken (8 years old), she LOVES playing with other dogs, and yet, also doesn't overwhelm other dogs and gives them their space. I will love your pet like my own and make sure they feel comfortable during their stay. Although 5 animals might sound like a crazy household, I have a very calm home and everyone is respectful of their space and others. I work remotely and am home all day during the week and have lots of time to love on your pet. Weekend plans are typically local and I don't venture far to ensure your animal is comfortable, especially for any animals with separation anxiety. My home has plenty of space both inside and out. I have a very large fenced in back yard with plenty of space for your pet to explore, a very zoomies-friendly area. I live in a nice neighborhood, also, with plenty of non-busy streets to walk your pet when it's not too hot. I live close to the Bush Airport (IAH) (about 20 min away), so if you ever need a last minute sitter, I’m on the way to the airport and makes for an easy drop off and pick up!

Alfie and Journey usually go between stays at my home and my parents home that is right next door to me. I can ensure your pet will be in a safe and very clean home that is equipped to handle everything from A-Z! If you have any special requests and specific instructions you need me to follow, I am more than happy to accommodate you and your beloved pet! I will have crates that can fit small and medium sized dogs, a variety of durable toys, and extra bedding and blankets. Please also feel free to bring anything at drop-off for your pet that will best suit them while they’re under my care - this can include their crate, bed, blanket, toys, or their favorite treat! If you request to have me board your pet in your home, I will ensure I leave your space in pristine condition and follow any guidance you may have to ensure I exceed your expectations!

“Darius was a god sent. I was visiting Houston from Dallas with my husband and puppy. I stayed at a dog friendly hotel but even going for breakfast made my puppy very anxious alone in the room we decided to use over for the first time and I urgently contacted Darius. He was very prompt to respond and accommodated everything. He was very vigilant for for example I feed my dog fresh food, which I forgot to tell him, but he had already put the food in the fridge. He has a very sweet and loving puppy, and I could visibly see mylo happy. If I ever returned to Houston, Darius is my guy. Milo has never been around strangers, but he was extremely comfortable with Darius. He also sent updates every so often and was prompted to answer anything I asked. I don’t think twice.”
