Reviews
Cooper came home safely, but communication throughout the stay was inconsistent. There were long periods without responses to my messages, including when I was checking on how he was doing and confirming pickup, which was stressful as a pet owner. I would have felt much more comfortable with more consistent communication and updates during the stay.
