About: I’ve had pets growing up and have been responsible for pet sitting for friends and family recently. I want to incorporate spending more time with animals. I work Monday through Friday but I am available to pet sit and house sit every weekend. I incorporate the pets routines into my schedule as needed. I try to make new pets as comfortable as possible when they are visiting. When at a client’s home I do my best to be respectful of the home and of the pet. I clean up as necessary and love to play with them.
“⸻ This was the second time Darius watched my dog Sevyn, and just like before, he did an amazing job! He takes such good care of her and treats her like his own. Sevyn came back happy, calm, and well taken care of. I really appreciate the updates and how attentive he is to her needs. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands while I’m away. Highly recommend Darius I’ll definitely be booking with him again!”

“Amanda was absolutely wonderful! I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs in her care, and I truly appreciated her accommodating my last minute request. I feel very lucky that she was available. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely be requesting her services again in the future!”

“Cecilia did an amazing job. She was on-time, followed the directions we left and gave extra snuggles to my fur babies. She will be our go to person moving forward. I appreciated her ability to wiggle the schedule and be flexible with my changing plans.”

About: Why Choose Me? 🛡️ Your pet’s safety is my top priority. While Rover provides its own protections for bookings made through their platform, I also carry my own professional pet care insurance for an additional layer of peace of mind. I take the responsibility of caring for your furry family members seriously, and proof of insurance is available upon request. 🏡 I'm home almost all day, so your pup gets plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, and playtime instead of being left alone for hours. 🐾 Whether your dog loves adventures or prefers relaxing on the couch, I'm happy to match their energy. I love taking active pups to nearby parks and on walks, while couch potatoes are just as welcome for snuggles and naps. 📸 I send lots of photo and video updates, so you'll always know how your furry friend is doing and can feel connected while you're away. 🐶 I have one sweet, gentle pug who gets along with just about every dog. If your pup enjoys canine company, they're welcome to play together. If they'd rather have their own space, I’m able to keep them completely separated to make sure everyone stays comfortable and stress-free. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust. My goal is to make them feel like they're on their own little vacation while giving you complete peace of mind. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. Because I am home most of the day, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and feeding schedules throughout the day rather than fitting pet care around a busy schedule. Let me know any special request your pet has, and I’ll follow your instructions to the dot. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities.
“Ariana stepped in at one-day's notice to care for my cat during my 10-day vacation - she was also more than willing to help water my plants while we were away. She took such amazing care of my cat and was so communicative while we were away. I am so grateful for Ariana!”

“Remy was very communicative before, during and after her drop-in visit for my dog. She is friendly and professional and I will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you Remy!!”

About: I used to work at a pet daycare/boarding facility a few years back, and it was my favorite job by far! I’ve done some care and boarding for family and close friends throughout the years. I’m ready to share the love with more fur-babies! I have a corporate job, but I stop by during lunch on a regular basis on weekdays. I’m available before 8am, at 12pm, and after 5pm. I am available all day on weekends. I have a big fenced back yard and tons of dog toys. My home is all hardwood flooring, so I generally have pets roaming freely if they feel comfortable.

About: I’ve spent over 7 years pet sitting, but honestly, I’ve been a pet person my whole life. Having raised multiple pets of my own, I know they aren’t just 'animals', they’re family members with their own quirks and personalities. I’m an active person who loves staying fit, so I’m always happy to take your dogs on long walks to keep them healthy and tuckered out. I am also very mindful when it comes to the details; whether it’s a strict medication schedule or a specific way their food needs to be prepared, I’ve handled it all before and take those responsibilities seriously. Beyond the basics, I have a really soft spot for pets who might be a little anxious or stressed when their humans are away. I’m naturally gentle and patient, so I’m happy to take things at their pace until they feel safe and comfortable. I also make it a point to keep your home tidy and send you plenty of photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun (or how many naps!) your best friend is having while you’re gone I currently work a flexible part-time schedule, which honestly works out perfectly for pet sitting. It gives me plenty of time to focus on your pets during the day. I’m usually wide open for boarding on the weekends and available every weekday after 2pm for walks or drop-ins. Your pet definitely won't be lacking for attention or playtime while they're with me! When I’m staying in a client’s home, I’m a big 'leave it better than I found it' kind of person. I take the trust you’re putting in me seriously, so I’m super diligent about double-checking locks, following alarm codes, and respecting your space. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine exactly the same so they don't get stressed; plus, I’ll make sure the house stays tidy and secure while you’re away.
About: I’m a huge animal lover with years of experience caring for pets! I’ve had my own dog for 9 years, have a turtle, and usually volunteer at animal shelters as much as I can. Taking care of animals is something I truly love! With me, your pup will get plenty of attention, belly rubs, and care, just like they’re part of my own family. I am currently working full-time 4 days a week and I alternate working Tuesdays and Saturdays. I'm available to spend time with your pups any time on weekends and i’m flexible on the weekdays. I prioritize safety, trust, and making sure each pup feels comfortable and loved. I treat every dog like my own, giving them plenty of attention and playtime while respecting their space and personality. I take the time to understand their routines, needs, and any special instructions to keep things consistent and stress-free. With me, you will be updated with messages and photos, so they always know their pup is happy and well cared for and so you can feel confident your fur baby is in loving, responsible hands!
“This was my first time using Rover and Suzanne was an absolute angel for my cat. Besides doing the basics of scooping the litter and feeding him, she also washed out his bowls when they got dirty. She meticulous and careful and showed my fur baby so much love. 💕”

“We’d definitely have Lindy take care of our pets again. She communicated well, took great care of them, and took pictures of them after each visit. We know they were spoiled and loved on.”

About: Hi! My name is Anayansi but I always go by Ana. I’m a huge animal lover and have been caring for my 4 year old Shih Tzu since he was born 🐾! Honestly, I don’t even consider him a pet, he’s my child and a huge part of my life. Taking care of him has taught me so much about patience, responsibility, and the love and attention dogs truly need every day. From walks, feeding schedules, and playtime to making sure he feels safe, happy, and loved every single day, I understand what it really means to be a dog mom. I’m currently off from college for the summer and would love the opportunity to spread that same love and care to other animals while helping families feel at ease knowing their pets are in good hands. I’m very reliable, attentive, have my own transportation, and will always treat your pets like family! :) My schedule is very open for the summer since I’m currently off from college, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to dedicate to caring for your pets! I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding routines, and making sure your pets get lots of attention throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so I love being able to give them companionship, affection, and a fun, comforting environment while their owners are away. :) I completely understand how important trust is when it comes to leaving your pet in someone else’s care because I feel the exact same way about my own dog. I’ve been the main caregiver for my 4 year old Shih Tzu since he was born, and he is quite literally my first born. I’ve built my daily life around making sure he feels safe, loved, comfortable, and happy, and I would treat your pets with that same level of care and attention. I know every dog has their own personality and needs, so I always try to make them feel as relaxed and loved as possible while you’re away. My main goal is for owners to feel completely at ease knowing their animals are being cared for like family!!

I’m very compassionate , caring , and patient for our furry friends. I’m currently working full time. But have more than enough time to care for your pets. I will have more free time in the coming weeks to fully dedicate myself to caring for animals. I will respect your home and your animals. I will keep the same schedule you have with your pet to ensure their daily needs are met.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
