She’s very thorough on making sure he had all his needs met, asked questions about his personality, routine, and general nuts & bolts about him. Updated us constantly and routinely about how his stay was doing and how his reaction was to the new environment. What my husband and I appreciate the most about her was the fact she had him relaxed and calm and took her time with him. Letting him come out on his own and being gentle with him made my heart swell with joy. And hearing he cuddled her, gave her lots of love, was such a lovely thing for us to hear. She definitely has the magic touch with our fur babies. I would recommend her 100% to watch your family member in her care and watch.
