About: Hi! I’m Laura, and I’m an experienced, attentive pet parent who genuinely loves animals and understands how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I have three dogs of my own (one is a cat but she thinks she’s the head dog I think that counts right?), so I’m very familiar with different personalities, routines, quirks, and the little details that make each pet feel comfortable and cared for. I’m especially comfortable with pets who need consistency, patience, enrichment, or a little extra attention. My professional background is in household management, where I’ve spent years coordinating busy households, managing detailed routines, and making sure nothing gets missed. I bring that same level of organization and reliability to pet care—but with a lot more belly rubs. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, communicate with you throughout their stay, and treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. Whether your dog needs a good walk, some playtime, companionship, or simply someone dependable to keep their routine on track, I’d love to help! I am currently a business owner who works from home Tuesday through Friday with very flexible hours. My fiance is also home in the evenings and helps to keep the pups and kitty on their normal routine plus some extra hardcore playtime. Our normal routine is early morning sniff walkie (we call the shorty since we don’t get very far) then they nap the afternoon away and by 3pm we take our longer walk to stretch the muscles. 15-20 minutes of bully stick, lick mat, or mobility training (our senior gal is working on building muscle strength) in the late evenings and then they practice long self regulation relaxation on their own “place” while we work out in the gym. This is all in a perfect world! We try to teach them mental and emotional regulation so they can feel satisfied and we keep all our hair on our heads!

My pets are my family and I'm super particular when it comes to them. I have a 9 month Mali puppy and so it's really important who comes around her at this age. As such, leaving them is hard for me because that's always on my mind. Long story short - If Kevin had more availability, I would be doing a lot more traveling lol. Punctual, knowledgable, kind, clean, thorough and goes above and beyond. We are so lucky we found him!
